    Abstract: Error correcting memory systems and methods of operating the memory systems are disclosed. In some embodiments, a memory system includes: a data memory; an ECC memory; and a data scrubbing circuit electrically coupled to the ECC memory and the data memory. The data scrubbing circuit may be configured to, in response to receiving a scrub data command, correct an error in the data memory. A code word length used to correct the error may be longer than a word length used during normal access of the data memory. In some embodiments, a memory system includes a first memory circuit associated with a first bit error rate and a second memory circuit associated with a second bit error rate. In some embodiments, a memory system includes an error correctable multi-level cell (MLC) array.

    Abstract: A light-coupling device includes an interposer, an optical chip, an optical waveguide element and a fiber array connector. The optical chip includes a waveguide layer with a light-emitting surface located aside the optical chip. The optical waveguide element includes an incident surface facing the light-emitting surface, an emergent surface located atop, and a reflective surface located inside. A light beam emitted horizontally from the light-emitting surface enters the optical waveguide element through the incident surface, totally reflected through the reflective surface and is output as a parallel light beam in the vertical direction through the emergent surface. The fiber array connector includes an optical waveguide lens and a plurality of fibers. The optical waveguide lens faces the emergent surface. One of both horizontal sides of the optical waveguide lens is a tilted reflective surface while the other is a light-coupling surface aligned with the fibers.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a semiconductor structure including a substrate, a metal reflective layer, a UV glue layer, and an element. The metal reflective layer is placed on the surface of the substrate, and the UV glue layer is placed on the surface of the metal reflective layer. The element is manufactured by light-transparent material. The UV glue layer adheres the element to the metal reflective layer. By so, in the light-curing process, the curing of the UV glue is accelerated due to the metal reflective layer reflecting an ultraviolet ray.

    Abstract: A laser scanning device includes a laser device, a collimating lens, a scanning mirror, a telecentric lens, and a negative lens. The laser device emits a source light. The collimating lens is used to receive the source light and emits a first parallel light. The scanning mirror is used to receive the first parallel light and change a transmission direction of the first parallel light to emit a deflection light. The telecentric lens is used to receive the deflection light and deflect the deflection light into a second parallel light which is parallel to an optical axis of the telecentric lens. The negative lens is used to receive the second parallel light and emit a scanning light by changing a transmission direction of the second parallel light. A projecting system and a time of flight device are further disclosed.

    Abstract: A method for reconstructing images, an electronic device and a storage medium is provided. In the method, the electronic device obtains an image to be reconstructed of an object captured by a target camera device, and obtains a sample image of the object. A radial basis function network is trained based on the image to be reconstructed and the sample image. An image reconstruction model is obtained by converting the radial basis function network based on a deconvolution algorithm, the image reconstruction model is configured for reconstructing images captured by the target camera device. By performing the method, a clarity of the image to be reconstructed can be improved.
