    Abstract: A manufacturing method of an injection molded composite shoe sole and the sole thereof are provided. The method includes facial modifying, cleaning a combination face of an additional component formed of a material different from the sole material, and coating a facial process layer on the combination face, and drying to modify the combination face; gumming, placing a gum layer on the facial process layer on the modified combination face; in-mold positioning, placing additional component into a mold; and injection molding, injecting the sole material into the mold, thereby gumming the sole material and the gum layer of the combination face to form a composite shoe sole. Therefore, the manufacturing method effectively reduces the sole manufacturing time.

    Abstract: A monitoring system applied to a shaping machine having a high speed electricity meter. The monitoring system includes a current obtaining device and an analyzing device. The current obtaining device is coupled to the high speed electricity meter to obtain a plurality of current signals from the operated shaping machine and in respond to the shaping machine executes a machining program, the current obtaining device extracts current variation data from the current signals. The machining program corresponds to a piece of the current variation data. The piece of the current variation datum comprises a maximum current and an occurring time that the maximum current being recorded. The analyzing device is configured to calculate a gap, based on the maximum currents and the occurring times corresponding to at least two successive machining programs. In respond to the gap time exceeding a predetermined threshold, the analyzing device generates a warning signal.

    Abstract: A wireless power transmission device radiates electromagnetic waves through a transmission antenna and generates multiple sensed signals by using multiple foreign object detection (FOD) coils for detecting metallic foreign object to sense the electromagnetic waves. Each FOD coil has three coil units connected in series to and spaced apart from one another. The radiation pattern of the transmission antenna overlaps a sensing range of the FOD coils. A controller of the wireless power transmission device determines if any metallic foreign object enters the radiation range of the transmission antenna according to a reference voltage signal and sensed signals of the cells, and stops the generation of electromagnetic waves when determining entry of metallic foreign object into the radiation range to avoid the metallic foreign object to be heated by the electromagnetic waves.

    Abstract: A data collecting system includes a management server, a number of data collecting chains. Each data collecting chain includes a computer connected to the management server, at least one sensor and a data acquisition (DAQ), coupled to the sensor(s) and connected to the computer through RS485, configured to acquire sensing data from the sensor(s) and transmit the sensing data to the computer. The DAQs are connected to the computers through a wireless backup transmission interface. The management server sends a first confirmation signal to the computers. When at least one of the computers does not respond to the first confirmation signal, the management server indicates the computers which have responded to the first confirmation signal to receive the sensing data from the DAQ(s) corresponding to the computer(s) which doesn't respond to the first confirmation signal through the wireless backup transmission interface.

    Abstract: A coil structure for generating a uniform magnetic field and a coil apparatus having the same are disclosed. The coil apparatus has a plurality of coil units, and each of the coil units includes a sub-coil and a plurality of wire sections. The sub-coil has an eccentric-coil portion and two circuit connecting portions. The two circuit connecting portions are respectively connected to two segments of the eccentric-coil portion. The wire sections are arranged in parallel at intervals, are opposite the sub-coil, overlap the sub-coil, and are relatively inclined to the sub-coil. The circuit connecting portions of the segments of the coil units are connected to each other to form an auxiliary coil. A center position of the sub-coils is corresponding to a center position of the auxiliary coil so that a current flows through the sub-coils and the auxiliary coil to generate a uniform magnetic field.

    Abstract: Digits are randomly distributed into any number of a first group of sets. A type and frequency of a user input action, such as clicking a computer mouse, is associated with each set. Next, all the digits from each set are randomly distributed into a second group of sets. Each of the second group of sets may contain at most a single digit from one of the first group of sets, but may contain any number of digits total. A user input action, is also associated with each set in the second group. To input a particular digit in the password, the user selects one set of the first group of sets that contains the correct digit and selects one set of the second group of sets that also contains the same digit. Selection may occur by mouse clicking, key pressing or touching a screen. Once all digits of the password have been selected in this manner, the software determines the correct digits of the password by comparing the user selections for each digit in the password.
