    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate. The TFT substrate includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer, a first transparent layer, a third metal layer, and a second transparent layer. The first metal layer includes at least one gate electrode. The second metal layer is insulated to the first metal layer and includes at least one source electrode and at least one drain electrode. The first transparent layer is insulated to the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The first transparent layer includes at least one common electrode layer. The third metal layer includes a plurality of metal wires electrically connected to the common electrode layer. The second transparent layer includes a plurality of transparent conductive wires electrically connected to the drain electrode. The metal wires and the transparent conductive wires form a touch sensing structure configured to detect touch operations.

A first trace extends from a first electrode out of an outermost concentric ring electrode to the innermost electrode. The first trace has greater resistance than the concentric ring electrodes and the innermost electrode. A second trace connecting the innermost electrode and a second electrode out of the outermost concentric ring electrode through the openings.     Abstract: An embedded touch-screen display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate sandwiching a driving circuit disposed on the second substrate. The second substrate also carries a touch electrode layer and a first selecting circuit. The driving circuit generates signals of touches and driving signals, and includes a plurality of touch detecting pins and a plurality of controlling pins. The touch electrode layer includes a plurality of touch electrodes. At least two touch electrodes are electrically connected to one touch detecting pin via the first selecting circuit. A touch signal is transmitted between the two touch electrodes and the touch detecting pin. The controlling pin generates signals to the first selecting circuit to establish or cut off electrical connections between the touch detecting pins and the touch electrodes.

    Abstract: An apparatus for identifying morphology comprises a substrate, a driving circuit, a readout circuit and an identifying circuit. The substrate comprises temperature sensors each comprising a sensing transistor. The driving circuit selects at least one of the transistors as a target sensing transistor, and outputs a driving signal to the target sensing transistor to heat the target sensing transistor in a heating period. The target sensing transistor senses a temperature change to generate a sensing signal in a sensing period after the heating period. The readout circuit reads the sensing signal, and the identifying circuit identifies the morphology according to the sensing signal.
