  • Publication number: 20080236667
Abstract: Photovoltaic cell and enhanced spectrum conversion film enhanced spectrum conversion film that moves light emitting spectrum between solar radiation peak wavelength (?=470 nm) and maximum sensitive wavelength of monocrystal silicon chip to light (?=860˜880 nm) with battery percent of effectiveness 14˜16%. The enhanced spectrum conversion film transfers radiation of solar short-wavelength visible light to yellow and yellow orange color. The enhanced spectrum conversion film is an oxygen-contained polymer filled with fluorescent powder particles that are prepared from an oxide compound of group II or III and using a starter that has electron transition in d-layer and f-layer. The fluorescent powder is composed of aluminate solid solution of barium and yttrium, having the chemical formula Ba?(Y, Gd)3?Al2?+5?O4?+12? and the system of crystal lattice varied subject to the ratio between barium and yttrium. The percent of effectiveness of the photovoltaic cell reaches 18˜18.7% on full run.

  • Patent number: 7207685
Abstract: A reflector module for a projection system includes a base, a reflecting component provided with a reflecting surface, an axle unit, and at least one actuator. The base has a surrounding wall with a bottom side, and a bottom wall connected to the surrounding wall for closing the bottom side of the surrounding wall. The reflecting component is disposed in the base, and has side edges and an underside surface. The axle unit is disposed on the side edges of the reflecting component, and interconnects the surrounding wall of the base and the reflecting component such that the reflecting component is mounted tiltably in the base about the axle unit. The actuator is mounted between the bottom wall of the base and the underside surface of the reflecting component, and is operable to drive movement of the reflecting component to cause the reflecting surface to oscillate about the axle unit.

  • Patent number: 7180303
Abstract: The present invention relates to a simple detector for partial discharge with the acoustic emission technique, which provides essentially with an acoustic emission sensor being set on a power equipment. Still, the output of the acoustic emission sensor is connected with a preamplifier and a bandpass filter in turn and the output of the bandpass fitted up with a comparator. The signals of square waves generated by the comparator can be transmitted to a microprocessor as concurrently as a counter in the microprocessor can be used to count up times for partial discharge by seconds; then, the resulted times can be displayed. Consequently, it is convenient to determine whether the power equipment is necessarily maintained by means of counting up times for partial discharge.

  • Publication number: 20070036112
Abstract: A method of determining a next TFC for being utilized by a UE in a next TTI is disclosed. The method includes: determining whether conditions for omitting a TFC selection procedure are met, applying a currently utilized TFC as the next TFC without performing the TFC selection procedure if the conditions for omitting the TFC selection procedure are met, and performing the TFC selection procedure to select a TFC out as the next TFC if at least one of the conditions for omitting the TFC selection procedure is not met.
