    Abstract: Methods for preparing a void-free protective coating are disclosed herein. The void-free protective coating is used on a dielectric window having a central hole, which is used in a plasma treatment tool. A first protective coating layer is applied to the window, leaving an uncoated annular retreat area around the central hole. The first protective coating layer is polished to produce a flat surface and fill in any voids on the window. A second protective coating layer is then applied upon the flat surface of the first protective coating layer to obtain the void-free coating. This increases process uptime and service lifetime of the dielectric window and the plasma treatment tool.

The insulating body extends along a first direction and a second direction. The cable conductive terminals include a number of first cable conductive terminals disposed in a first row and a number of second cable conductive terminals disposed in a second row. Each of the first cable conductive terminals includes a first mating portion and a first mounting portion. Each of the second cable conductive terminals includes a second mating portion and a second mounting portion. The first mounting portions are flush with the second mounting portions. The grounding shell includes a spacer between the first cable conductive terminals and the second cable conductive terminals to improve signal integrity. A connector assembly having the cable connector is also disclosed.

By adjusting the thickness of the attachment portion, the tongue plate with a target thickness can be obtained, thereby reducing the requirement on the built-in circuit board. When the dissipating device contacts the heat sources, the heat energy can be absorbed by the dissipating device. The working fluid is stored within the dissipating device such that the working fluid can undergo a phase transition after the dissipating device absorbs heat energy. Then the working fluid can circulate inside the dissipating device. Accordingly, the heat-dissipation mechanism, which is applied to the dissipating device contacting the electronic devices, can be effectively sped up.
