    Abstract: A semiconductor device structure is provided. The semiconductor device structure includes a substrate having a base portion and a fin portion over the base portion. The semiconductor device structure includes an isolation layer over the base portion and surrounding the fin portion. The semiconductor device structure includes a metal gate stack over the isolation layer and wrapping around an upper part of the fin portion. The metal gate stack includes a gate dielectric layer and a metal gate electrode layer over the gate dielectric layer, and the gate dielectric layer includes fluorine. A first part of the isolation layer is not covered by the metal gate stack, the first part includes fluorine, and a first concentration of fluorine in the first part increases toward a first top surface of the first part.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-cracking assembly structure for door and window corner wall and anti-cracking component thereof. The anti-cracking components of the anti-cracking assembly structure for door and window corner wall has a plurality of protruding ribs and grooves formed at intervals on a surface thereof. The protruding ribs and grooves are arc-shaped and arranged in parallel to each other. When the reinforced concrete wall is subjected to an external force and stress is generated at the corner of the door and window frames, the stress can be guided along the arc-shaped protruding ribs and arc-shaped grooves on the surface of anti-cracking component to change the transmission direction of the force at the stress end, so as to transmit and disperse the stress to the peripheral side more quickly. Accordingly, it can more effectively prevent the occurrence of 45-degree shear cracks at the corners.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a surge protection device, including a power input port connecting a voltage source, a power output port connecting a load, a switching element connecting the power output port, a voltage measurement circuit connecting the power input port, a processing circuit, and a switch control circuit. The voltage measurement circuit generates a voltage measurement signal based on an input voltage signal of the voltage source. When the processing circuit determines that the input voltage signal is in a normal state based on the voltage measurement signal, it controls the switching element to be turned on, to make the voltage source supply power to the load. The switch control circuit compares the voltage measurement signal with a voltage threshold, to control the switching element to be turned off when it determines that the input voltage signal is in a surge state, so that the power output port is powered off.

The indoor direction finding system comprises a transmitter and a receiver. A Bluetooth communication link is established between the receiver and the transmitter. The indoor direction finding method is performed by the receiver with the steps of: obtaining a receiver coordinate information of the receiver; receiving a Bluetooth signal moving in single direction at the receiver coordinate information; confirming a relative position information of the transmitter according to the receiver coordinate information and the Bluetooth signal moving in single direction. By obtaining the Bluetooth signal moving in single direction, the azimuth of the transmitter can be confirmed for improving the indoor direction finding accuracy.
