    Abstract: A chair structure includes a seat unit having a support leg assembly and a seat; a connecting unit having two linking members and movably connected at one linking member to the seat; a backrest unit movably connected to another linking member of the connecting unit and having a supporting member; and at least two armrests movably connected to two lateral sides of the seat and the backrest units. Each of the armrests has a first and a second movable arm, which are pivotally connected at one end to each other, and at the other end to one lateral side of the seat and the backrest unit, respectively. A stop member is connected to at least one of the two armrests. The chair with movably connected seat unit, connecting unit, backrest unit, and armrests can be converted into a lounge providing a curved configuration in compliance with human body's back curve.

    Abstract: A USB locking structure mainly includes a USB socket and a collar. The USB socket is disposed with a plurality of locking pieces. The collar has a rectangular through hole in the middle for being movably fitted on the USB socket. In use, after a USB plug is inserted into the USB socket, the locking pieces are engaged in locking slots of the USB plug. The collar reciprocally slides outside the USB socket so as to press against the locking pieces to catch the USB plug or be separated from the locking pieces to release the USB plug. Thereby, the present invention is quite convenient in operation.

The first anneal process is a flash anneal process performed for a time of between about 1 millisecond and 3 milliseconds, and the second anneal process is a rapid thermal anneal process performed for a time of between about 1 second and 30 seconds.

The seat supporting frame is fixedly connected at a lower end to a base below a chair seat, and pivotally connected at an upper end to two pivot brackets at a lower end of the backrest supporting arm, which is further pivotally connected at an upper end to the mount on a rear side of a chair backrest. The supporting arm cover is fitly covered on the backrest supporting arm with upper and lower ends pivotally connected to the mount and the upper end of the seat supporting frame. A threaded rod is fixedly mounted in and turned via the ball-shaped handle to drive the backrest supporting arm to tilt forward or backward, and accordingly adjust the backrest to different positions relative to the chair seat.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a leg support structure of a computer desk capable of synchronous sliding movement, comprising a stand, a leg pad, two L-shaped prop stands and two sliding collars. The stand is formed into an inverse U-shape, and the leg pad is formed into a planar configuration. The leg pad comprises a lower pivot opening and an upper pivot opening formed on both sides of the leg pad, wherein the locations of the lower openings and the upper pivot openings are corresponding to positions of a lower pivot and two L-shaped prop stands. The lower pivot is positioned though the lower pivots openings of the leg pad in order to pivot to a support located at a center of the two arcing grooves. The L-shaped prop stands, the two sliding collars, the pulley and a slider are engaged in such that various elevation changes can be achieved.

    Abstract: A backrest adjusting mechanism is angularly disposed between a backrest and a seat of a chair, and includes a main support slidably received in a sleeve member, and a locating gear. The main support is provided on a middle lower surface with a downward projected limiting element and on a middle upper surface with an elastically upward protruded locating element. The sleeve member is provided on a lower surface with a lengthwise guide slot for the limiting element to slide therein, and on an upper surface with locating recesses for the elastic locating element to slide thereinto and hold the main support to an adjusted position. The locating gear includes a shaft turnably extended across the sleeve member, so that a press lug of at least one brake element on the shaft may be turned to firmly press against and hold the main support in place at the adjusted position.

    Abstract: In a memory cartridge connector having a U-shaped body, terminals, a substrate and connecting pins, the U shaped body has through holes defined therethrough for insertion of the terminals which extend from opposite sides of the body. The rear ends of the terminals connect to the substrate. The body has passages defined in a bottom of the body, wherein a width and a depth of the passages are the same as those of the connecting pins. One end of the connecting pin is received in a corresponding one of the passages and extends out of the body, the other end of the connecting pin connects to a corresponding one of the terminals, whereby after all the connecting pins are received in the passages, a portion of the connecting pin is supported in the passage so that after all the connecting pins are supported by the passages so that the connecting pins are at the same level.

    Abstract: A new method for forming ultra-shallow junctions for PMOSFET while reducing short channel effects is described. A semiconductor substrate wafer is provided wherein there is at least one NMOS active area and at least one PMOS active area. Gate electrodes are formed in both the NMOS and PMOS areas. N-type source/drain extensions are implanted into the NMOS area. The wafer is annealed whereby the n-type source/drain extensions are driven in. Thereafter, p-type source/drain extensions are implanted in the PMOS area wherein the p-type source/drain extensions are not subjected to an annealing step. Spacers are formed on sidewalls of the NMOS and PMOS gate electrodes. Source/drain regions are implanted into the NMOS and PMOS areas wherein the source/drain regions are self-aligned to the spacers to complete formation of an integrated circuit device.

A rod is pivot mounted to the front end of the positioning support and the leading end of the rod is pivot mounted to a ball to form the directional control mount. The rod of the directional control mount is inserted such that the ball enters a threaded section, at the bottom end of which is the connection rod of a swivel mount having an internal spherical-shaped space, and until the threaded section is situated laterally against the ball of the direction control mount. This enables assembly to the swivel mount so that the ball of the direction control mount is contained in the swivel fitting of the swivel assembly. The swivel mount and the connection rod at the top and bottom ends of the swivel assembly are structurally coordinated with a golf ball at the bottom end of another rod forming the golf ball assembly.

Two symmetrical L-shaped rails are formed along outer surface of an upper half of the long body to define a sector-shaped channel between them. A similar L-shaped rail and a linear groove are formed along outer surface of a lower half of the long body, and a closed channel having a locating recess is formed inside the long body between the lower L-shaped rail and the linear groove. Different members, such as seat members, back members, supporting arms and leg members, may be correspondingly connected to the L-shaped rails and the channels to form different articles of furniture. The wide usage of the beam member in different furniture enables it to be produced in large quantity at reduced cost.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a chair-mount adjustable keyboard supporting assembly mainly including an n-shaped bracket connected to a bottom side of a chair to hold lower ends of two outward and parallelly extended extension bars. The extension bars are bent inward at a lower portion to pivotally connect a main base to their upper ends. A rotating seat is rotatably mounted about a central shaft of the main base. A suspension arm having one end inserted into the rotating seat extends its another end into an inclination adjusting seat. A keyboard supporter is fixedly mounted onto the inclination adjusting seat for holding a keyboard thereon. The inclination adjusting seat can be pivotally turned about the suspension arm to adjust the forward inclination of the keyboard supporter relative to the chair to which the assembly is mounted. The rotating seat can be rotated about the central shaft of the main base to adjust the lateral angular position of the keyboard supporter relative to the chair.
