Abstract: A ratchet wheel mounting structure comprises a ratchet wheel mounted in a box of a wrench body and meshed with a toothed stop block in said box, and a retainer ring mounted in between said box and said ratchet wheel to secure said ratchet wheel to said box, said ratchet wheel having teeth arranged around the periphery thereof, a locating block at one side of the ratchet wheel, and a locating groove being formed around the periphery of said locating block for positioning said retainer ring. Each tooth of said ratchet wheel is chamfered at one end thereof far away from the locating block; and a reinforcing bevel is provided in the valley between roots of another ends of each two adjacent teeth of said ratchet wheel adjacent to said locating block. Or each tooth is chamfered at two ends and thus no bevel slop is formed.

Abstract: A golf club comprises a handgrip; a club head, and a club body between the first end and the second end. A cross section area of the club body includes a front portion having a first and a second including surfaces that define a front cusp in front of said first and said second inclined surfaces; a rear portion having a third and a fourth inclined surface that define a rear cusp at a rear connecting end of the third and fourth surfaces; and a middle section being curved inwards. In a direction from the handgrip to the club head, the club body has at least one reduced segment having a smaller size than other portion thereof, and a shoulder is formed between each reduced segment and an adjacent other portion of the golf club.

Abstract: A wrench includes a handle section with a head section which has a fitting through hole configured for fitting onto the polygonal head of a bolt head member. The fitting through hole includes first and second coaxial polygonal fitting holes circumferentially displaced from each other. Each polygonal fitting hole has an inner circumference with a plurality of reentrant angles and sides. At least one channel is formed on the inner circumference of one of the first and second fitting holes. The at least one channel extends in a direction of an axis of the fitting through hole. A sliding member is movably disposed in the at least one channel so as to prevent the polygonal head from passing completely through the fitting through hole. When the other fitting hole engages the polygonal head, the polygonal head may pass completely through the fitting through hole.

Abstract: A method for making magnetic handles includes step 1 of mixing magnetic powders into plastic material; step 2 of plastic injecting the mixture of the magnetic powders and the plastic material into a handle; step 3 of magnetizing the handle by being connected with electric poles, and step 4 of final fishing the handle.

Abstract: A device for holding an object has a triangle cross section and includes a plurality of flat surfaces. One of the flat surfaces has a magnet connect thereto and a groove is defined in one of peaks of the device so as to hold a flashlight or a hand tool.

Abstract: A torque test device includes a body in which a rotatable member is received and an engaging end on an end of the rotatable member extends out from the body. A rod and a pushing member respectively extend from a periphery of the rotatable member. A gauge is located on a top of the body and an activation bar extends from the gauge and inserts into the body. The activation bar contacts the pushing member. A spring has an end contacting an inside of the body and the other end of the spring contacts the rod. A wrench is engaged with the engaging end and rotates the rotatable member. The pushing member pushes the activation bar and the torque is displayed on the gauge. The spring assists the rod back to its original position.

Abstract: A flashlight includes a tubular body in which an electric power supply is received and a cap is connected to an end of the body and a bulb assembly is received in the cap. The bulb assembly includes a first set of bulb and a second set of bulb. The first set of bulb has a first plate and the second set of bulb has a second plate, both of the two plates are connected to a negative end An optional member is rotatably connected to an outside of the cap and connected to the first plate and the second plate so that the first set of bulb and the second set of bulb are switched by rotating the optional member and alternatively in contact with an extension plate connected to a positive end. The user may choose either of the first set of bulb or the second set of bulb by rotating the optional member.

Abstract: A flashlight having multiple focuses includes a tubular body for receiving a power supply device therein and a cap is connected to the tubular body. A bulb and reflection disk assembly is independently received in the cap and includes a plurality of bulbs connected to a reflection disk. The bulb and reflection disk assembly is electrically connected to the power supply device and a lens assembly including a plurality of convex lenses is fixedly connected to the cap and located in front of the bulbs. The convex lenses are rotated relative to the bulbs by rotating the cap so as to have different illumination features with different focuses.

Abstract: A wrench includes two jaws extending from an end of a handle and a hole is defined in one of the jaws. The hole communicates with a clamping surface of the jaw having the hole and a magnet is received in the hole. The magnet attracts the object that is clamped by the wrench while in use.

Abstract: A flashlight includes a body which is composed of a first section and a second section. The first section includes a cap and a bulb and reflection hood assembly connected to a first end thereof and a second end of the first section is retractably received in the second section. Batteries are received in the first section and the second section. A spring is connected to a first conductive plate received in the second section and biases the batteries to contact a tail end on the end so as to form a circuit to light up the bulb. The number of batteries can be adjusted by retractably moving the first section relative to the second section.

A cap is connected to the open end and has a groove defined in an inner periphery thereof. A bulb and reflection disk assembly is engaged with the cap and a lens is engaged with the cap. A seal is engaged with the groove and mounted to an outer periphery of the open end of the tubular body. The seal has a dumb-bell shaped cross section.

Each roller applies a force at point “a” in the hole of the wrench. An off-set distance “h” is defined between the line “cs” and line “ca”. An angle “w1” defined between the line “cs” and line “ca” is in the range of 5 to 20 degrees.

Abstract: A ratchet tool includes a head having a hole defined therethrough for an engaging member engaged therewith and a recess is defined in an inner periphery of the hole so as to receive a pawl therein. The pawl has a toothed surface which is engaged with a toothed outer periphery of the engaging member. Two operation levers are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the tool and a torsion spring is biased between respective one of the two operation levers and a side of the pawl.

The engaging member has a polygonal inner periphery for engaging a nut and a toothed outer periphery which is engaged with a pawl movably connected to the head. A magnetic member is connected to a side of the engaging member and protrudes into a space enclosed by the polygonal inner periphery of the engaging member. A ring is mounted to the engaging member and the magnetic member is connected to the ring and the engaging member. The nut is engaged with the engaging member and attracted to the magnetic member and is easily to removed by rotating the ring.

Abstract: A handle assembly for hand tools includes a handle body having a plurality of recesses defined in two opposite sides thereof and two grip parts each have a plurality of insertions which are securely inserted into the recesses of the handle body. The grip parts are connected to the handle body without any machine needed.

Abstract: A wrench includes a shank and two jaws located at an end of the shank and each jaw includes a root portion which is located at a same plane as the shank, and an angled portion which extends from the root portion at an angle relative to plane on which the root portions are located. The angled portions allows the object to be tightened or loosened to be clamped by the wrench while the shank does not lie on the surface where the object is located.
