The positioning unit includes multiple engaging grooves formed in the mounting seat, and an engaging member disposed on the sleeve segment. When the engaging member engages one of the engaging grooves, the arm is positioned relative to the head at an operating position. When the engaging member is disengaged from the one of the engaging grooves, the arm is rotatable about the axis relative to the head.

The counting of time stops when ambient light level stops changing and the counted time period is compared with a preset time period, a longer time period causes a volume adjusting command to be sent to a playback output device.

Given the torque adjuster and the control device, the problems of being time-consuming, inefficient, increasing in cost and damage prone to rivet nut or motor upon setting rivet nut because of the manual switch of forward or reverse rotation of an electric rivet nut tool can be effectively resolved.
