The filter includes a shrinking/expanding filter and a high boost filter, the shrinking/expanding filter filtering the border point type pixels, and the high boost filter subsequently filtering the peak point type pixels and then filtering the transition point type pixels.

Meanwhile, the transmitting unit transmits the synchronization signal to another eyewear device.     Abstract: A power storage device is provided with an upper cover, a cell module and a lower cover. A tab joint portion is locally formed at each of two sides of the cell module to be welded and assembled with a tab. When welded with the tab joint portion, the tab merely needs to be placed horizontally or be slightly at an inclination angle, and one-time bending is performed on an electrical connection part on the tab, so as to be electrically connected to an electrode of the upper cover. Therefore, the situation that a plasticized metal protective film wrapped on the outer edge of the tab or the cell module is easy to crack caused of many times of bending in the prior art can be improved.

    Abstract: A polarizer includes a waveguide channel having a substantially square cross section and a septum disposed within the waveguide channel. The septum includes a stepped edge and two opposite stepped surfaces. The stepped surfaces are sectionally recessed toward each other along the direction pointing toward the interior of the waveguide channel, wherein the number of the steps of the stepped surface is greater than two, but smaller than the number of the steps of the stepped edge. In one embodiment, the square cross section may include a plurality of rounded corners and a plurality of edges extending correspondingly between the rounded corners, wherein the ratio of the radius of the rounded corner to the distance between two opposite edges is in a range of from 0.05 to 0.3.

    Abstract: Block noises at block boundaries are removed, but when a contour line in the original image matches a block boundary, the degree of block noise removal is adjusted and image quality is improved. An adaptive filter has a step of calculating the weight of pixels near the block boundary by a high-pass filter, and a step of determining an adjusted value for the pixels near the block boundary based on the weight. The pixel values near the block boundary are adjusted and block noises are removed. A low-pass filter is applied to pixels near the block boundary to determine a filtered value. The adjusted values of the pixels near the block boundary are determined by obtaining a weighted sum of the original pixel value and the filtered value.

The method includes the steps of: determining which blocks in a decoded current frame are noisy blocks; finding, in a processed reference frame, a most similar reference block for each noisy block and generating a block velocity for each noisy block; and processing pixels that are in the noisy blocks having block velocities smaller than a liquid crystal response rate of the liquid crystal display, and that are not covered by after-images. The present invention utilizes the characteristics of liquid crystals to increase processing speed.

    Abstract: Image ringing noise is reduced by calculating a line spread function value of each pixel's luminance in an input image, dividing the input image into a plurality of blocks, and calculating an average value and a maximum value of the line spread function values for all pixels in each block. Based on the average value and the maximum value of the line spread function values of each block, whether a block is an interfered flat block or a non-interfered block is determined and the pixels in the interfered flat block are set as noisy pixels. Whether each pixel in the non-interfered block is an edge pixel or a non-edge pixel is determined and the non-edge pixels in the non-interfered block are set as noisy pixels. The noisy pixels thus set are smoothed, and the smoothed pixels are combined with the edge pixels for output as an output image.

    Abstract: A storage device for refreshing pages of a flash memory comprises a flash memory, an ECC detector and a controller. The flash memory has a plurality of pages, and each page comprises a data area for storing data and a spare area for storing error correction code (ECC) corresponding to the data. The ECC detector is used to get the number of error bits of each page. The controller coupled to the ECC detector is used for storing data and ECC in a first page to a second page when a number of used bytes of the ECC stored in a spare area of the first page exceeds a first predetermined value. A number of used bytes of the ECC stored in a spare area of the second page is less than the first predetermined value. The second page is a blank page.

In an embodiment, the first flange structure includes a bulge, the second flange structure includes a recess, and the bulge is embedded in the recess. The polarization directions of the bulge of the waveguide phase shifter and the recess of the waveguide multiplexer differ by 90 degrees.
