    Abstract: A removable cover system for protecting solar cells from exposure to moisture during fabrication processes. The cover system includes a cover having a configuration that complements the configuration of a solar cell substrate to be processed in an apparatus where moisture is present. A resiliently deformable seal member attached to the cover is positionable with the cover to engage and seal the top surface of the substrate. In one embodiment, the cover is dimensioned and arranged so that the seal member engages the peripheral angled edges and corners of the substrate for preventing the ingress of moisture beneath the cover. An apparatus for fabricating a solar cell using the cover and associated method are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A circuit for writing program codes of a basic input/output system (BIOS) is connected to a main circuit and a BIOS. The BIOS stores a BIOS program code and has a BIOS identifier. The circuit includes a data source connection interface, a judgment trigger module and a write module. The data source connection interface stores an available BIOS program code matching with the BIOS. The judgment trigger module judges whether the BIOS is capable of, after a power-on initialization phase starts, completing loading the BIOS program code and performing system initialization in a preset time. If the BIOS is incapable of completing loading the BIOS program code and performing system initialization within the preset time, the judgment trigger module sends a trigger signal. After receiving the trigger signal, the write module downloads the available BIOS program codes according to the BIOS identifier, and writes to the BIOS, to overwrite the current data.

    Abstract: A flow velocity meter is disclosed. The flow velocity meter utilizes a phase locked loop to generate an output signal and outputs the output signal to a current under test. The flow velocity meter receives a reflection signal from the current under test to calculate a speed of the current under test according to a reflection signal and a frequency difference between the output signal and the reflection signal. The flow velocity meter further includes an inclinometer for measuring a depression angle between a water level and a normal direction of the flow velocity meter and measuring a horizontal angle. The flow velocity meter can be adjusted its orientation when being installed according to the measured angles.

Once the solid state drive is powered on again, the logical-to-physical table and the bitmap table are directly read from the flash memory. According to the history numbers in an ascending order, the physical-to-logical data in the blocks are sequentially reconstructed into the logical-to-physical table and the bitmap table of the mapping unit. Consequently, the logical-to-physical table and the bitmap table can be quickly reconstructed.

An amount of time between the recorded times is calculated for consecutively processed wafers. A set of control limits for the process is determined based on the calculated amounts of time.
