  • Publication number: 20080169806
Abstract: A Hall sensor for a coreless linear motor comprises a housing composed of a package segment and a foundation mutually integrated wherein a magnetic sensor and a signal conditioning circuit are packaged and embedded in the package segment by means of infusing resin wherein the signal conditioning circuit has an inductive signal transmission line attached thereto outgoing through an outlet hole provided at one side of the housing. The disclosed Hall sensor is provided for being fastened to a forcer of the linear motor. As the disclosed Hall sensor with an optimized arrangement of the inductive signal transmission line thereof, the present invention contributes to enhancing the precision and reliability of the Hall sensor.

  • Publication number: 20080164785
Abstract: A positioning structure for a direct drive torque motor, on the fixed portion of the positioning bearing are formed a first positioning surface and a second positioning surface, and on the rotating portion of the positioning bearing is formed a reference surface. The first positioning surface is positioned against the base, the second positioning surface is positioned against the stator, and the reference surface is positioned against the optical scale. By arrangements, the base, the rotor, the stator, and the optical scale of the motor can be assembled precisely without the use of extra assistant mechanisms. Therefore, it not only saves the cost but also improve the assembly convenience and precision.

  • Publication number: 20080164774
Abstract: A motor structure with a brake device comprises a base, a stator, a rotor, and a brake device. A hollow passage surface is formed in a side of the rotor, at a lower end of the hollow passage surface is formed a connecting portion, the brake device is located at the lower end of the base and connected to the connecting portion, so that the brake device is connected directly to the rotor. Since the brake device is directly connected to the connecting portion of the rotor, the number of components of the present invention is considerably reduced, thus reducing the cost while improving the assembly convenience and improving the operation stability of the motor.

  • Publication number: 20080164773
Abstract: A stator for a liquid cooling type direct drive motor comprises: annular base, silicon steel sheet, at least one metal cooling pipe, and coils. The stator is centrally provided with a rotor shaft with magnets. In the surface of the silicon steel sheet of the stator is formed a plurality of grooves, and the metal cooling pipe is continuously bent toward both sides and is positioned in the grooves of the silicon steel sheet and serves to enable coolant to circulate therein. Such arrangement simplifies the stator structure and can directly cool the silicon steel sheet, effectively and quickly lower the high temperature of the direct drive motor stator, and is compatible with the coolant passage system for an annular aluminum piece.

  • Publication number: 20080150374
Abstract: A coil arrangement for a shaft-type linear motor is disposed in a mover and comprises a plurality of insulating members and a plurality of coils. Each of the insulating members is at least defined in the center thereof with a stator passage. The stator passage is surrounded by an insulating ring with a receiving surface. An insulating flange protrudes from a side edge of the receiving surface, and a positioning notch is defined in the insulating flange. By such arrangements simplify the coil winding operation, and solve the problem of the conduction of the stator, and the dust accumulation in the coil.
