    Abstract: A key generation device generates an initial secret key, and a time update key at regular intervals, and transmits the initial secret key and the time update key to a terminal device. The terminal device utilizes the initial secret key, the time update key, and a private key generated by the terminal device itself to form a key group. The key group and a public key generated by the terminal device are used as a key pair to encrypt and decrypt data, give a digital signature, and verify digital signatures. The time update key includes a time period, and after the time period expires the time update key cannot be used by the terminal device to generate the key group. A data signature and encryption method is also provided.

    Abstract: A nanostructured chip includes a substrate and a nanostructured layer, wherein the substrate has a first surface and a second surface on which the nanostructured layer is formed. A method of producing the nanostructured chip includes the step of forming the nanostructured layer on the second surface of the substrate. Whereby, the nanostructured layer effectively disperses a stress to increase the flexural strength of the nanostructured chip. Therefore, during the subsequent procedures to form an epitaxial layer on the first surface, the nanostructured layer is helpful to prevent the epitaxial layer from generating cracks, and prevent the substrate from bowings, or fragments.

    Abstract: A safety monitoring apparatus and method thereof for human-driven vehicle are provided. The safety monitoring apparatus includes a sensing unit, a processing unit, and a warning unit. The sensing unit and the warning unit are electrically connected to the processing unit, respectively. The sensing unit is arranged on a steering member of the human-driven vehicle and is used for sensing whether the steering member is in contact with a hand of a driver and generating a sensing signal accordingly. The processing unit determines whether the hand of the driver is placed on the steering member. The warning unit is used for generating a safety warning message. When the processing unit determines that the hand of the driver has not been placed on the steering member according to the sensing signal, the processing unit drives the warning unit to generate the safety warning message to warn the driver.
