A plurality of IC patterns are collected which include a first set of patterns capable of being manufactured and a second set of patterns incapable of being manufactured. A machine learning model is trained using the plurality of IC patterns. The machine learning model generates a prediction model for validating IC layouts. The prediction model receives data including a set of test patterns comprising scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of IC patterns. Design violations associated with an IC layout are determined based on the SEM images and the plurality of IC patterns. A summary of the design violations is provided for further characterization of the IC layout.

The side cover is fixed to the side opening by an O-ring via a locking device to form an airtight structure. The gas cylinder is used to supply a dedicated gas into the chamber. The voltage-input/signal-output terminal is used to supply voltage to an anode wire net. The free electrons generated by the large-area source due to the free phenomenon are collected by the anode wire net, and outputted to a voltage signal processing module through the voltage-input/signal-output terminal for analysis of pulse height or pulse count.

The three-point injection includes a low-frequency component that drives a feedback divider, and two high-frequency components that drive the voltage-controlled oscillator circuit. The strengths of the three injection points are aligned using samples of a tune signal generated using results of a comparison of a referenced signal and a frequency divided version of the oscillator signal.

    Abstract: A posterior locking device for use in a nail cartridge of a nail gun can hold a movable nail pusher at a rear part of the nail cartridge. The posterior locking device includes a locking member movably mounted to the rear part of the nail cartridge, a springy member for providing resilience forcing the locking member back to an initial position, and a guide post fixed to the nail pusher. When the nail pusher is externally forced to slide to the rearmost end of the nail cartridge and then released from the external force, the guide post can be locked into the locking member to hold the nail pusher at the rear part of the nail cartridge temporarily. Next, when the nail pusher is externally forced to the rearmost end again, the guide post can disengage from the locking member to allow the nail pusher to move back and forward.
