Abstract: An acoustic resonator device includes a semiconductor substrate, a FBAR (thin film bulk acoustic resonator) and a support plate. The FBAR is fabricated on the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate has a resonant cavity through the upper and the lower surfaces thereof. The support plate is attached to the lower surface of the semiconductor substrate to shelter the opening of the resonant cavity. Moreover, the support plate can provide a larger die-attaching area for the acoustic resonator device, for the protection of the resonant cavity from chipping during wafer sawing.

Abstract: A pipe trap comprising a body, a disc filter, a pipe and a plurality of mesh filter suitable for filtering gases is provided. The pipe trap body has a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The disc filter and the mesh filters are enclosed inside the pipe trap body. One end of the pipe connects with the disc filter and the other end of the pipe connects with the gas outlet. The mesh filters are enclosed inside the pipe. Using a multi-stage filtering method, liquid matter separates out first and then gaseous particles are filtered according to the particle size so that the pipe trap has a high filtering efficiency.

Abstract: A screw gun to feed and drive collated screws includes a gun-shaped body with an opening, a motor, a screwdriver assembly, a bracket and a screw feed assembly. The screwdriver assembly is mounted in the body and includes a transmission assembly, a screwdriver and a clutch assembly. The transmission assembly is rotated by the motor, and the screwdriver is attached to the transmission assembly. The clutch assembly is mounted in the transmission assembly so the screwdriver will not be rotated by the transmission assembly without an axial load. The bracket is mounted in the opening of the body, and the screw feed assembly is slidably mounted in the bracket. In operation, the screw gun is pressed against a workpiece and the screw feed assembly slides into the body and indexes a screw for the screwdriver to screw.

Abstract: A golf club head is provided, having an inner body formed of composite material and an outer body formed of a composite material secured to the outer surface of the inner body and accommodating the inner body. The inner body is hollow, and includes a plurality of rib plates therein to form a force bridge system, each rib plate extending from the inner surface of the inner body adjacent to the hitting surface of the outer body and radially to the surface opposite to the hitting surface.
