    Abstract: A clutching jig is adapted to disassemble a lens module which includes a lens socket and a lens component mounted to the lens socket. The clutching jig includes a base and at least two inserting slices. The base defines two opposite lateral surfaces and a bottom surface. A slot passes through the opposite lateral surfaces and the bottom surface to divide the base into a first holding portion and a second holding portion. The bottom surface has a receiving recess at a portion thereof. The inserting slices are removably mounted to the opposite lateral surfaces and beyond the bottom surface. Wherein the inserting slices are inserted between the lens component and the lens socket, and the receiving recess receives the lens component with a circumferential dimension thereof lessened to clutch the lens component when the first holding portion and the second holding portion are urged to approach each other.

    Abstract: An assembling jig for lens module comprises a crutch, a mobile carrier and a pressing mechanism. The crutch includes a level mounting base and an erect support wall joined to one side of the mounting base. A firm carrier is fixed on the mounting base. The mobile carrier fixed on the firm carrier comprises a carrier base, several positioning blocks disposed around the top surface of the carrier base, the positioning blocks surrounding a restraining groove in which a PCB with a lens socket is received. The pressing mechanism disposed on the support wall includes a pressing member can move up and down and a drive gear connected to one end of the pressing member. This kind of lens module component assembling jig features in assembling lens component steadily and can be applied to different kinds of lens component. Thus it abates the cost of assembling the lens component.

    Abstract: A lens module socket for receiving a lens module having a base portion includes an insulating housing, a plurality of conductive terminals received in the insulating housing, a shielding shell encircling the insulating housing, and a plurality of rotatable latches pivotally assembled to the insulating housing by a plurality of shaft pins. The insulating housing has a bottom base and side walls extended upwardly from the bottom base to surround a receiving chamber therebetween for receiving the lens module. The insulating housing defines a plurality of slits at the side walls for receiving the rotatable latches and a plurality of insertion holes extended downwardly from top portions of the side walls for receiving the shaft pins. The rotatable latches have press portions passing through the slits into the receiving chamber for pressing against the base portion of the lens module when the rotatable latches are rotated to a closed state.

    Abstract: A clutching jig adapted for separating a lens component from a lens socket. The clutching jig has a main body, two protecting blocks and two clutching arms. Each of the clutching arms has a fixing plate and a holding portion connected with the fixing plate. Two opposite sides of the holding portion extend perpendicularly to form a pair of opposite stabilizing wings. The clutching arms are mounted on the main body by the fixing plates thereof fixed on two opposite sides of the main body. The holding portions face to and space away from each other under the main body. The two protecting blocks are made from resilient material and respectively adhered on two inner sides of the holding portions. A receiving space is formed among the protecting blocks and the two pairs of the stabilizing wings.

    Abstract: A dismounting jig adapted for removing a metal shield which is coupled with a lens module and has two projections at two opposite sides thereof. The dismounting jig has a main body and two clutching arms. Each of the clutching arms has a fixing plate and a holding portion connected with the fixing plate. A lower portion of the holding portion has a buckling slice protruded inward. Two opposite sides of the holding portion extend perpendicularly to form a pair of opposite stabilizing wings locating at a same side as the buckling slice with respect to the holding portion. The clutching arms are symmetrically mounted on the main body by the fixing plates thereof fixed on two opposite sides of the main body. A receiving space is formed among the two pairs of the stabilizing wings and the holding portions.
