When the rotating member is in the first position, the installation shaft is above the base, and the display is rotatable from an initial position to a first open position. When the rotating member is in the second position, the installation shaft is below the base, and the display is rotatable from the first open position to a second open position. The display rotates 360 degrees from the initial position to the second open position.
