    Abstract: A tri-functional carrier formed by a plurality of rods bending at two sides is disclosed. The tri-functional carrier is formed by a retainer, a driven unit being pivotally engaged to the retainer, a supporting unit pivotally engaged to one end of the retainer. By the aforesaid structure, after a frame of the tri-functional carrier is folded, it can be converted into a back frame, a chair or a baggage carrier which is stored and located easily.
