  • Publication number: 20130249163
Abstract: A paper transmitting mechanism mounted on the transmitting path which includes a driving wheel, a driving system drives the driving wheel, a pressure wheel, a pressure wheel adjusting unit, and a paper sensor settled upstream to the driving wheel and pressure wheel. The pressure wheel adjusting unit includes an elastomeric unit; one end of the elastomeric unit is connected to the axle of the pressure wheel, and the other end is connected to a linear driving device. When the paper sensor detects the paper is going to enter or leave the driving wheel, the paper sensor will send a signal for adjusting the clamping force between the driving wheel and the pressure wheel to make the clamping force and the friction between the driving wheel and the pressure wheel adjustable according to the position of the paper, so as to avoid the paper slipping or vibrating during transmitting.

  • Publication number: 20130233754
Abstract: A packaging case adapted for packing an article therein includes a fastening shell and a plurality of buffering elements. Each wall of the fastening shell defines at least one insertion hole. The buffering elements are dismountably inserted into the insertion holes of the fastening shell with tops thereof projecting out of the insertion holes. The fastening shell and the buffering elements are designed separately, so the buffering elements fully afford an external force struck on the buffering elements for effectively preventing cracks being caused between each buffering element and the fastening shell. Accordingly, the fastening shell is designed with a thinner thickness to lower a material cost and a transportation cost. Furthermore, the buffering elements assembled to the fastening shell are changeable to make the buffering elements dismountably inserted into the insertion holes properly and simply. So a better buffering function of the packaging case is realized.

  • Patent number: 8469350
Abstract: An office machine includes a pedestal having an image-handling unit disposed in a top thereof and a passage guider, and an automatic document feeder capable of rotating between an open position exposing the image-handling unit and a closed position covering the image-handling unit. The automatic document feeder defines a passage for transmitting a document from upstream to downstream therethrough. A substantial middle part of the passage is opened to cooperate with the image-handling unit. A magnetic component is mounted to the automatic document feeder. The passage guider is pivoted to the top of the pedestal and near to a downstream side of the image-handling unit. The passage guider will rotate upward by the magnetic component to make a free end thereof for guiding the document when the cover is at the closed position.

  • Patent number: 8422083
Abstract: A calibration mechanism is positioned in a scanning device having a scanning module for scanning a document. The scanning module defines a scanning line perpendicular to a scanned area of the document. The calibration mechanism includes a calibration unit, a supporting unit supporting the calibration unit, and a driving unit. The calibration unit is positioned to face the scanning module and aligned with the scanning line. The driving unit drives the calibration unit to move close to the scanning module and away from the scanning module along the scanning line. The scanning module obtains great brightness value by scanning the calibration unit, if the calibration unit is close to the scanning module. The scanning module obtains small brightness value by scanning the calibration unit, if the calibration unit is far from the scanning module.

  • Patent number: 7384301
Abstract: An anti-wear FFC (flexible flat cable) according to the present invention is made up of a plurality of covered wires parallel to each other in side-by-side relationship. The anti-wear FFC is folded and forms a plurality of planes lengthwise. The anti-wear FFC includes a base plane and a wing plane connected to the base plane. The base plane and the wing plane forms an angle therebetween. The stress of the wind plane connected to the base plane prevents the FFC from protruding upwards under elasticity and further moves following a signal collecting unit smoothly.
