PACKAGING CASE
A packaging case adapted for packing an article therein includes a fastening shell and a plurality of buffering elements. Each wall of the fastening shell defines at least one insertion hole. The buffering elements are dismountably inserted into the insertion holes of the fastening shell with tops thereof projecting out of the insertion holes. The fastening shell and the buffering elements are designed separately, so the buffering elements fully afford an external force struck on the buffering elements for effectively preventing cracks being caused between each buffering element and the fastening shell. Accordingly, the fastening shell is designed with a thinner thickness to lower a material cost and a transportation cost. Furthermore, the buffering elements assembled to the fastening shell are changeable to make the buffering elements dismountably inserted into the insertion holes properly and simply. So a better buffering function of the packaging case is realized.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention generally relates to a packaging case, and more particularly to a packaging case having a buffering function.

However, in order to protect the product 3, the packaging case 4 is usually designed with a thicker thickness so that results in a higher material cost. Moreover, when the packaging case 4 with the product 3 packed therein is struck by an external force, a periphery junction between each of the buffering ribs 43 and the first cover 41 or the second cover 42, and a periphery junction between each of the buffering blocks 44 and the first cover 41 or the second cover 42 are apt to be cracked that seriously affects satisfactory degrees for customers.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAn object of the present invention is to provide a packaging case adapted for packing an article therein includes a fastening shell and a plurality of buffering elements. Each wall of the fastening shell defines at least one insertion hole. The buffering elements are dismountably inserted into the insertion holes of the fastening shell with tops thereof projecting out of the insertion holes.
As described above, the fastening shell and the buffering elements are designed separately, so the buffering elements fully afford an external force struck on the buffering elements for effectively preventing cracks being caused between each of the buffering elements and the fastening shell. Accordingly, the fastening shell is designed with a thinner thickness to lower a material cost and a transportation cost. Furthermore, the buffering elements assembled to the fastening shell are changeable to make the buffering elements dismountably inserted into the insertion holes of the fastening shell properly and simply. As a result, a better buffering function of the packaging case is realized to improve a packing quality of the packaging case so as to assure satisfactory degrees of customers.
The present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art by reading the following description, with reference to the attached drawings, in which:

As described above, the fastening shell 10 and the buffering elements 20 are designed separately, so the buffering elements 20 fully afford the external force struck on the buffering heads 22 of the buffering elements 20 for effectively preventing the cracks being caused between each of the buffering elements 20 and the fastening shell 10. Accordingly, the fastening shell 10 is designed with the thinner thickness to lower the material cost and the transportation cost. Furthermore, the buffering elements 20 assembled to the fastening shell 10 are changeable according to the manufacturing material and the weight of the article 2 to make the buffering elements 20 dismountably inserted into the insertion holes 101 of the fastening shell 10 properly and simply. As a result, a better buffering function of the packaging case 1 is realized to improve a packing quality of the packaging case 1 so as to assure satisfactory degrees of customers.
