  • Publication number: 20080106708
Abstract: A method and apparatus to eliminate contaminants in a lithography process for fabrication of integrated circuit devices. The method includes depositing a photoresist material on surface of a semiconductor substrate. A purge gas flow is provided proximate to an optical element to prevent a vapor from the exposed photoresist material from coming into contact with the optical element. In one embodiment, the purge gas flows into a perforated and open ended enclosure in which the optical element is provided in the form of a lens. One open end of the enclosure is coupled to the lens and the other open end is positioned above the surface of the semiconductor substrate. Perforation of the enclosure facilitates movement of purge gas thereto, eliminating contact with the vapor from the developed resist and unwanted deposition of a solid contamination on the lens.

  • Publication number: 20070221343
Abstract: A slat for a Venetian blind includes a primary bamboo plate formed with two cord holes, a plurality of secondary bamboo plates mounted on two opposite sides of the primary bamboo plate, and a plurality of binding threads reeved around the primary bamboo plate and the secondary bamboo plates. Thus, each of the cord holes is entirely formed in the inside of the primary bamboo plate, so that each of the cord holes of the primary bamboo plate has a smooth peripheral wall to decrease the friction between the lift cord and each of the cord holes of the primary bamboo plate, to prevent the lift cord from being worn out or broken due to the friction, thereby enhancing the lifetime of the lift cord.

  • Publication number: 20060217015
Abstract: A bamboo slat includes two overlapping plates, and a cloth sandwiched between the two overlapping plates. Each of the plates is made of a plurality of overlapping bamboo sheets interweaving each other in a staggered manner. Thus, each of the plates is made of a plurality of overlapping bamboo sheets interweaving each other in a staggered manner, so that each of the plates has a strengthened structure without bending.

  • Publication number: 20050217217
Abstract: A turn-over mechanism for packaging asymmetrically shaped articles includes an image input arrangement having cameras arranged over a conveying path to observe from different angles the orientation of an article moving along the conveying path. A first auto-suck unit automatically selects a vertical or a sideward suction nozzle thereof to suck the article in response to an observation result of the image input arrangement, and transfers the sucked article to a suitable turn-over holder on a turn-over unit. The turn-over holder holding the article may be turned over by 180 or 90 degrees as necessary to adjust the article to a desired orientation, so that a second auto-suck unit or an auxiliary supporting unit sucks and transfers the article in the correct orientation from the turn-over unit to an automatic packaging machine for subsequent packaging.

  • Publication number: 20050166478
Abstract: The present invention relates to a flood protection apparatus for articles, such as motor vehicle, furniture, and electronic goods. The flood protection apparatus comprises a lower bag and an upper bag, which are made of impervious, and flexible materials. A portable sealing device can be applied to the lower and upper bags to seal the articles completely in the bags. Inside of the bags and around the junction of the two bags, there are provided with a plurality of attachment devices for attaching the bags onto the smooth surfaces of the articles to be enclosed in the bags. With the attachment devices, the bags can be easily and quickly installed. In addition, the bags can be free from the affliction of the fierce wind and wave of floodwater, and the articles contained therein can be protected from damage as well.

  • Publication number: 20050158326
Abstract: Disclosed is a composition for reducing virus infection rates in crustaceans, which can be applied in prevention and/or treatment of viral infection in crustaceans, and therefore improves the survival rate. The composition comprises at least one of the antibodies that can bind specifically to virus, and the antibodies are selected from the group consisting of monoclonal antibody, phage display antibody and antibody produced by a recombinant organism. The monoclonal antibodies can be produced in a large scale from hybridoma cells with a bioreactor or by injecting into the abdominal cavities of mice. Alternatively, two other highly specific antibodies can be produced from phage clones and recombinant organisms. The composition can be used in the forms of therapeutic medicines, nutritious or feeding supplements in addition to feeds. Also, the composition can be used in an aqueous solution to expose the crustaceans to fulfill the needs of treatment and/or prevention of viral infection in crustaceans.
