Abstract: The present invention is a practical new-type warning marker, which is composed of several multilateral taper layers of the same taper (gradient) with the bottom layer as its base. The top taper layer is pulled upward to drive the middle taper layers move so that the bottom, middle and top layers are clutched in position successively. Once a road damage or a car breakdown happens, said practical new-type warning marker is put on the ground or hung on the cover of the rear luggage case of the car to warn the passengers or/and the cars following behind with an appearance of a polyhedral solid triangular state. The warning marker is easily and stably erected and can be restored freely so that it improves the security of warning.
