Warning marker

The present invention is a practical new-type warning marker, which is composed of several multilateral taper layers of the same taper (gradient) with the bottom layer as its base. The top taper layer is pulled upward to drive the middle taper layers move so that the bottom, middle and top layers are clutched in position successively. Once a road damage or a car breakdown happens, said practical new-type warning marker is put on the ground or hung on the cover of the rear luggage case of the car to warn the passengers or/and the cars following behind with an appearance of a polyhedral solid triangular state. The warning marker is easily and stably erected and can be restored freely so that it improves the security of warning.

FILED OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a new-type warning marker.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] See FIG. 1, the commonly used warning marker nowadays is something presenting an appearance of a triangular board-like body 1, under which two supporting rods 2 are established and said 2 supporting rods 2 can be turned into a cross to allow the board-like body 1 to stand vertically. When the two supporting rods 2 are turned one over the other, they can be stored up.

[0003] Although said construction is of very small volume after being stored up, it lacks better security while unfolded as a warning marker, and as accident site usually happens at crossroad and the usual warning marker can only provide warning against one direction owing to its board-like body 1, traffic accident is very possible to reoccur at said accident site by vehicles driving from flank, and it is evident that warning effect of usual warning marker is not good. As shown in FIG. 2 and 3, there is another commonly used warning marker. The warning marker is a solid hollowed taper-shaped warning marker 3. Said taper-shaped warning marker 3 can eliminate the shortcomings of the above mentioned one-way warning marker through, it occupies more space when stored up, and besides, such warning markers 3 are stored up one covering another, it takes more time and energy to separate them from each other because their contacting surface is relatively large while being overlapped, and especially, if there is rain drops in between them, they will be overlapped more tightly, and surely, it is harder to separate them apart, and this could be said to be a blemish in a thing of beauty.

[0004] Again, please consult FIG. 4 and 5, wherein there is still another kind of commonly used warning marker 4 which is something like a taper and can be easily pulled out and drawn back and firmly fixed. Said taper-like body is a multi-layer hollowed cone 5 with a round groove 6 inside the top edge and a round strip 7 outside the end of each layer of it. By clutching the inner round groove 6 of one layer (ring) with the outer round strip 7 of neighbouring layer (ring) the stretching-out and drawn-back of taper-like warning marker 4 can be achieved. Nevertheless, since the inner diameter of round groove 6 can not be enlarged and the outer diameter of round strip 7 can not be reduced, after many times of clutching them up, widened gap of said round groove 6 and that of round strip 7 due to wear and tear will occur (as shown in FIG. 6). Again and again clutching, squeezing in and out in this way, the gap produced in round groove 6 added to that of round strip 7 will keep increasing, and as a result, the upper layers of hollowed cone 5 are possible to drop down and can not be fixed stably. Besides, the commonly used warning marker 4 presents in a completely sealed state, the coefficient of wind resistance of it is relatively large and is easy to topple by wind. Moreover, consult FIG. 7, while shaping of said usual warning marker 4 in mould, owing to the existence of inner round groove 6 and outer round strip 7 of -the hollowed cone 5, it is necessary to work in three directions to achieve shaping and dismounting. Such mould is expensive and shaping and dismounting take much time, and besides, it is hard to produce in batches, and again, it needs coercive dismounting called compelled dismounting, at the position of round groove 6. All of the above are disadvantages of said commonly used warning marker 4.

[0005] In view of these, the author, depend on years of experience in this profession and through trial-manufacturing, researching and modifying, create the present invention at last.

[0006] Countering the shortcomings of existing technique, the object of the present invention is to provide a kind of warning marker, which is composed of a bottom taper layer, a top taper layer and several middle taper layers, wherein after the middle taper layers and the top taper layer have been put in the bottom taper layer in succession to form a complete set, the supporting board is combined firmly with the protruding posts of the frame board of bottom taper layer, i.e., the mid taper layers and top taper layer are located within the bottom taper layer. When one wants to make the warning marker become solid state, he can just pull up the hook of top taper layer, and since the dimension of the lower frame of top taper layer is larger than that of the upper frame of middle taper layer, the middle layer can be raised simultaneously, and when the top taper layer and middle taper layer are raised to a certain height, the outer contour of the bottom frame of bottom taper layer contacts the fixing protruding strip of middle taper layer, and meanwhile, the outer contour of the lower frame of middle taper layer contacts the fixing protruding strip of bottom taper layer, and at this time, one can conveniently pull up the hook of the top taper layer to have the lower contour of top taper layer squeeze in the locating protruding strip of middle taper and get fixed and have the lower frame of middle taper squeeze in the locating protruding strip of bottom taper layer and get fixed, owing to the elastic shrinkage of the material of laths of thin frame board (as shown in FIG. 10), to form a polyhedral solid triangular warning marker. Such polyhedral triangle improves the warning effect of accident site and enhances the security of protecting the damaged car from accident a second time.

[0007] To achieve the above object, the present invention uses the following technical schemes: A warning marker, including a bottom taper layer, a top taper layer and several mid taper layers; each taper layer is constructed of the same taper (gradient); the bottom taper layer is used as a base and the action of top taper layer connects with the mid taper layers, which is characterized by: the bottom taper layer is a frame board, at each of the four corners on the surface of frame board is set up a protruding taper post of certain taper (gradient); a thin frame board is set up between two neighbouring taper posts and a locating protruding strip is attached to the inner edge of each thin frame board; on the lower side edge of thin frame board there is also a connecting board set up between two neighbouring taper posts; the top edge of the inner side of connecting board appears to be a vertical slant face and on each side of the taper post, thin frame board and connecting board together form an oblique frame plane, and on the back of the frame board of the middle and bottom layer respectively is equipped with a protruding post for the erection of the supporting board; the top taper layer is a quadrilateral taper body, at the top of which there is a hole for the hook inside the top taper layer to pass out; the mid taper layer looks like a taper frame, of which the dimension of the upper frame is smaller than that of the lower frame of top taper layer while the dimension of the lower frame of mid taper layer is larger than that of the upper frame of bottom taper layer; at the upper frame edge of mid taper layer a locating (fixing) protruding strip similar to that of bottom taper layer, a thin frame board and a notch are set up; on the lower side of thin frame board there are connecting hole, and the upper edge of the inner side of connecting board appears to be a vertical inclined plane.

[0008] The present practical new-type warning marker has overcome the existing technical shortcomings and achieved the object of the present creation. The present practical new-type warning marker possesses warning effect sighted from any direction and warning security is thus improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0022] See FIG. 8 and 9, the present practical new-type warning marker is composed of a bottom taper layer 10, a top taper layer 20 and several mid taper layer 30, wherein said bottom taper layer 10 is a frame board 11, and over each of its four corners is set up an inclined protruding taper post 12, a thin frame board 121 is put between said taper post 12 and another taper post 12 and a locating (fixing) protruding strip 13 is attached relatively to the inner edge of thin frame board 121, on the opposite side of thin frame board 121 a connecting board 122 is built between two neighbouring taper posts 12 and the inner top edge of said connecting board 122 is a vertical slant plane 123 in shape; taper posts 12 together with thin frame board 121 and connecting board 12 on each side constructs an inclined frame surface, and on the back of frame board 11 of bottom taper layer 10 protruding posts 14 are established used for mounting supporting board 15.

[0023] Top taper layer 20 is a quadrilateral taper-like body with a notch hole 21 on its top; said notch hole 21 allows a hook 22 pass through top taper layer 20 from inside of it.

[0024] Middle taper layer 30 looks like a taper frame of which the dimension of its is smaller than that of the lower frame of top taper layer 20, whereas the dimension of the lower frame of middle taper layer 30 is larger than that of the upper frame of bottom taper layer 10, and on the upper frame edge of middle taper layer 30 are set up locating strip 31, thin frame board 121, connecting board 122, vertical oblique face 123 and notch 124 similar to those of bottom taper layer 1 0.

[0025] With middle taper layer 30 and top taper layer 20 embedded in bottom taper layer 10 in succession said supporting board 15 is combined with protruding posts 14 of frame board 11 of bottom taper layer 10 and thus made fixed; in order to have middle taper layers 30 and top taper layer 20 located within bottom taper layer 10, just pull up hook 22 to raise top taper layer 20, and since the dimension of the lower frame of top taper layer 20 is larger than that of the upper frame of mid taper layer 30, it heightens middle taper layer 30 simultaneously, and when top taper layer 20 and mid taper layers 30 are raised to a certain height, the outer contour of the lower frame of said taper layer 20 contacts locating protruding strips 31 of mid taper layer 30 and that of the lower frame of middle taper layer 30 contacts locating protruding strips 13 of the bottom taper layer 10, and at this time, just easily pull up hook 22 to have the upper contour of the lower frame of top taper layer 20 squeeze in mid taper layer 30 and fixed by its locating protruding strips 31, and meanwhile have the upper contour of the lower frame of middle taper layer 30 squeeze in bottom taper layer 10 and fixed by its locating protruding strips 13 due to the elastic shrinkage produced by the quality of laths of thin frame board 121 (as shown in FIG. 10). Thus a polyhedral triangular solid body is accomplished, which improves the warning effect at accident site and enhances security of averting accident a second time.

[0026] While folding the warning marker, just press down top taper layer 20; because the dimension of the lower end of top taper layer 20 is smaller than that of the upper end of bottom taper layer 10 and the elastic shrinkage relative to thin frame board 121 is relatively large, its strength is larger than that of bottom taper layer 10 so that locating protruding strips 13 at the upper end of bottom taper layer 10 separate from the lower edge of middle taper layer 30 in advance, and then top taper layer 20 separates from middle taper layer 30; when they are pressed into bottom taper layer 10, the restored volume is the same as that thick and wide as the bottom taper layer 10 (as shown in FIG. 11) is and occupies relatively small space of luggage case of vehicle, and this makes it, as a unity, more simple and convenient; because of the fixation and separation of locating protruding strips 13, 31 from top taper layer 20 and middle taper layer 30 is by means of the elastic shrinkage of thin frame board to absorb it interference quantity, locating protruding strips 13, 31 are relatively uneasy to wear and tear, and consequently, its times of use is increased and its effect is improved as well.

[0027] See FIG. 12, a vertical inclined plane 123 is formed at the inner edge of the upper end of connecting board 122 of both bottom taper layer 10 and middle taper layer 30, and a notch 124 is made on thin frame board 121 between two neighbouring taper posts 12; the design of vertical inclined plane 123 and notch 124 allows 2-way, both upper and lower, opening mould method in the course of shaping, i.e., it is able to shape bottom taper layer 10 and middle taper layer 30 together with locating protruding strips 13 & 31 directly so that it heightens batch process of components, lowers manufacturing cost as well as enhances competitive power.

[0028] Through above description I believe that your examination members could understand that the present practical invention is able to achieve the object and effect of creation described above. No precedent similar to the present invention and having the same effect has ever been seen before patent petition of the present invention. Its originality is of no doubt, and it really improves the usual shortcomings. Therefore, the applicant applies, according to law, for a patent.

Claims

1. The present invention is a warning marker, including a bottom taper layer, a top taper layer and several middle taper layers. Each taper layer is constructed of the same taper (gradient) with the bottom taper layer as the base. The movement of the top taper layer drives the middle taper layers, which is characterized by: The bottom taper layer is a frame board where there is a taper post of certain taper (gradient) protruding upward at each corner. Between said taper post and another taper post there is a thin frame board with a fixing protruding strip set up on its inner edge, and at both lower side edges of said thin frame board there is also a connecting board connecting with its neighbouring taper post respectively. The top edge of the inner side of connecting board appears to be a vertical oblique face, and each side of the taper post, thin frame board and connecting board together forms an inclined frame plane and a protruding post serving for erecting a bearing board is setup at the back of the frame board of the bottom taper layer. The top taper layer is a quadrilateral taper body and at its top a hole is established to allow a hook inside the top taper layer to pass through. The middle taper layer is a taper frame of which dimension of its upper frame is smaller than that of the bottom frame, and on the upper frame of middle taper layer a fixing protruding strip, thin frame and gap are set up as the same as those of the bottom taper layer. A connecting hole is made up at the lower side of the thin frame board and the inner top edge of connecting appears to be a vertical inclined plane.
