    Abstract: During a salicide process, and before a second thermal treatment is performed to a silicide layer of a semiconductor substrate, a thermal conductive layer is formed to cover the silicide layer. The heat provided by the second thermal treatment can be conducted to the silicide layer uniformly through the thermal conductive layer. The thermal conductive layer can be a CESL layer, TiN, or amorphous carbon. Based on different process requirements, the thermal conductive layer can be removed optionally after the second thermal treatment is finished.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a hand tool with warning effect. A torque sensor, a music player and a circuit device are disposed in a main body of the hand tool. The circuit device includes a processing unit and a warning sound generator. An operation torque detected by the torque sensor is transmitted to the processing unit. In the case that the value of the operation torque is within a set range, the processing unit shuts off the warning sound generator and the music player can play music for a user to listen to. Once the operation torque of the hand tool becomes greater than the set torque value, the processing unit turns on the warning sound generator to emit a warning signal to alert the user.

As seen from the chemical formulae, the plurality of LC compounds have condensed rings so that sensitivity to light and heat is reduced and reliability of the LCD panel is improved.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of luminance compensation for a camera lens by performing a multiline interpolation algorithm. Preferably, a plurality of directional lines are radially arranged on a curved surface of the lens. Sampling dots are then designated along the directional lines in equal or variant distances. Steps including a step of determining the location of a target for luminance compensation, a step of obtaining adjacent directional lines by referring to a slope at the target, a step of calculating the correction values and the weights for interpolation are further introduced. The interpolation algorithm is used to restore a correction plane of a whole image. A polynomial equation is preferably used to obtain two correction values of two directional lines with the same radius. Alternatively, a lookup table is introduced to find the two correction values. It's featured that a symmetric or asymmetric compensation for the camera lens is achieved.
