    Abstract: An anti-slip wrench includes a handle having two opposite grip surfaces, and at least one slant slot formed on at least one of the grip surfaces of the handle. The slant slot is through the grip surface from one lateral surface of the handle to the other. The slant slot is a concave surface with two side edges, which meet the grip surface respectively. The slant slot inclines at an included angle, which is defined between a slot axis of the slant slot and a longitudinal direction of the handle. The user contacts the concave surface of the slant slot, in which the thumb to fit, so as to manipulate the handle, as the slant slot on the handle is provided with preventing the thumb sliding longitudinally and transversely therefrom.

    Abstract: A wrench with a rotatable head comprises a handle and a head, which are connected via a first and a second ends. The first end includes an upper and a lower lugs. A first toothed hole is formed in the upper lug; a hole is formed in the lower lug. A second toothed hole is formed in the second end. The second end is inserted between the upper and lower lugs and the second toothed hole is located between the first toothed hole and the hole. A toothed pillar is movably engaged in the toothed holes. When in the engagement position, the toothed pillar is engaged with the first and second toothed holes to fix the head and the handle. When in the disengagement position, the toothed pillar is disengaged from the teeth of the first toothed hole but still engaged with the teeth of the second toothed hole, so that the head and handle are rotatable with respect to each other.

    Abstract: A double-fulcrum torque wrench including a tubular body, a head section for fitting with a socket or a screwing member and a flexible mechanism including a flexible section. The flexible mechanism is connected with a rear end of the head section and disposed in the tubular body. The head section protrudes from a front end of the tubular body. When a wrenching force is applied to the wrench, the flexible section of the flexible mechanism is flexible. The head section and the flexible mechanism are connected with the tubular body via two fulcrums and the flexible section is positioned between the two fulcrums. By means of the double-fulcrum design, the action force at the force application end of the wrench is equal to the action force at the resistance end. In addition, the flexure of the wrench and the actual wrenching torque applied to the wrench can be more accurately and sensitively measured.

A portion of the first glue layer disposed at the bottom of the opening is punched through to expose the source/drain region. A barrier layer is formed over the substrate after the first glue layer is punched through.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a single-stage zero-current switching driving circuit for ultrasonic motor, which comprises: a buck-boost converter and a zero-current switching resonant inverter. The driving circuit according to the present invention integrates the buck-boost converter and the resonant inverter into a single-stage structure, so that the buck-boost converter and the resonant inverter share an active switch and a trigger signal, and therefore, the circuit is simplified and the loss caused by stage switching is reduced. Moreover, the buck-boost converter operates in a discontinuous-conduction mode (DCM), which allows the circuit to have high power factor, and enables the active switch to be capable of zero-current switching (ZCS), so that the loss caused by switching is largely reduced. In the driving circuit according to the present invention, there's no interaction of power between the buck-boost converter and the resonant inverter, so that the two circuits can be analyzed individually.

    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device is described. First, a substrate is provided. Thereafter, a gate structure including, from bottom to top, a high-k layer, a work function metal layer, a wetting layer, a polysilicon layer and a mask layer is formed on the substrate. Afterwards, a spacer is formed on the sidewall of the gate structure. Source/drain regions are then formed in the substrate beside the gate structure. Further, an interlayer dielectric layer is formed over the substrate. Thereafter, a portion of the interlayer dielectric layer is removed to expose the surface of the mask layer. Afterwards, the mask layer and the polysilicon layer are sequentially removed to expose the surface of the wetting layer. A selective chemical vapor deposition process is then performed, so as to bottom-up deposit a metal layer from the surface of the wetting layer.
