  • Publication number: 20240120317
Abstract: A fan-out semiconductor device includes stacked semiconductor dies having die bond pads arranged in columns exposed at a sidewall of the stacked semiconductor dies. The stacked dies are encapsulated in a photo imageable dielectric (PID) material, which is developed to form through-hole cavities that expose the columns of bond pads of each die at the sidewall. The through-hole cavities are plated or filled with an electrical conductor to form conductive through-holes coupling die bond pads within the columns to each other.

  • Publication number: 20180291572
Abstract: A reflective road device includes a translucent body and a reflective layer. The translucent body is made of a tempered transparent material and includes a base portion and a bump portion. The bump portion is integrally formed with the base portion with the bump portion being provided on the upper surface of the base portion. The area enclosed by the upper edge of the base portion is larger than the area enclosed by the lower edge of the bump portion. The bump portion is provided with an oval arc at the lower edge in an incident direction of light emitted from a light source. The reflective layer is provided on the outside surface of the base portion of the translucent body whereby the light emitted by the light source enters the translucent body through the bump portion and is reflected by the reflective layer and emitted by the translucent body toward the light source.

  • Publication number: 20080101859
Abstract: A warning apparatus is provided, whose main body includes a monolithically formed transparent tempered material with a thickness. The top of the main body includes at least two injections units. The injection units are upward bumps. The injection units are less than 10 mm in height. The curvature on the surface of injection unit bumps changes at different height of the bumps. The bottom of the main body includes at least two reflection units. The reflection units are downward bumps. The bottom of the main body also includes a reflective layer attached to the outer surface of the reflection units so that the light entering the main body can be reflected by the reflective layer to provide warning. The durable, low-height injection unit bumps will minimize the impact on the driving safety when the tires run over, while providing effective visual warning.

  • Patent number: 6872089
Abstract: A puncturing type cable coupling apparatus that is implemented either as a plug or a receptacle is disclosed. The basic structure of the cable coupling apparatus includes a shell member and abase member, wherein the base member has a pair of terminal bridges containing claws, corresponding to a pair of backing blocks provided on the shell member, such that an inserted cable will be slightly bent and clamped down between the respective claws and the backing blocks when the base member and the shell member are fitted together. The driving force on the base member allows the claws to puncture the insulation jacket of the cable to force electrical contact with the copper wire inside. The main advantage is that the cable coupling apparatus can be attached on ends of a cable with no need of stripping the insulation jacket before the installation.

  • Patent number: 6692291
Abstract: A plug has at least one passage that is defined in a bottom of the body to communicate an interior of the body to allow at least one cable to extend into the body. At least one prong is securely mounted on a seat formed on the body and has a first extension, a second extension and a contacting plate. The first and second extensions extend in a direction opposite to a direction of the contacting plate. A pusher extends into the body for pushing the at least one cable toward the at least one prong. The at least one cable is bent due to the pusher extending into the body and thus the at least one prong is able to pierce through an outer covering of the at least one cable that is inserted into the body from the at least one passage.

  • Patent number: 6383026
Abstract: A combination plug has an outer housing, a plug base inserting into the outer housing, and a conductor body retaining in the plug base. A fuse guard pivots in a front portion of the outer housing to enable easy access to the fuse. The conductor body defines two pairs of holes matching different specific power wires. The conductor body is inserted in the plug base for assembling power wire conveniently and safely.
