Abstract: A controller implemented on computing equipment may be used to control switches in a network. End hosts may be coupled to the switches. The controller may generate a virtual network topology of virtual switches, virtual routers, and virtual system routers that are distributed over underlying switches in the network. The controller may form virtual switches from respective groups of end hosts, virtual routers from groups of virtual switches that include virtual interfaces that are coupled to virtual switches, and a virtual system router from groups of virtual routers that includes virtual system router interfaces that are coupled to the virtual routers. The controller may control the virtual network topology by generating respective flow table entries based on identified network policies for each of the virtual routers, virtual system routers, and virtual switches. The controller may control the virtual system routers to route packets between the virtual routers.

  • Publication number: 20150354690
Abstract: A system for the monitoring a preload in a ball screw includes a ball screw, a detecting device, a capturing device and a processing device. The ball screw has a preload. The detecting device detects an operating signal of the ball screw. The operating signal contains information about the ball screw's rotating speed and status. The status refers to a vibration or a sound generated by the operating ball screw. The capturing device is connected to the detecting device and acquires the operating signal. The processing device is connected to the capturing device, and has a threshold. The processing device processes and converts the operating signal into a ball-passing signal. When the ball-passing signal surpasses the threshold, the processing device determines that the ball screw's preload has vanished. Thereby, the system is enabled to determine the current state of the ball screw's preload reliably.

  • Publication number: 20150354368
Abstract: A micro jet gas film generation apparatus aims to eject a gas to a work object which is desired for cooling or insulating from heat. The micro jet gas film generation apparatus has a spout formed at a diameter of 5-100 ?m to generate a gas film on the work object. As the diameter of the spout of the micro jet gas film generation apparatus is small, the micro jet gas film generated from the spout cannot produce a large eddy due to the lack of sufficient energy, hence can maintain a thin film after a long distance ejection to improve cooling and heat insulation performance. Moreover, due to the small diameter of the spout, it also consumes less amount of gas and can reduce the amount of gas required.
