    Abstract: In a flexible display panel and a fabricating method thereof, the flexible display panel includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of electro-phoretic pixel units, a plurality of electro-wetting pixel units, a transparent protective layer and a driving circuit. The electro-phoretic pixel units and the electro-wetting pixel units are formed in a first displaying area and a second displaying area of the flexible substrate respectively. The transparent protective layer is formed on the electro-phoretic pixel units and the electro-wetting pixel units, and the driving circuit is formed in the non-displaying area of the flexible substrate and electrically connected to the electro-phoretic pixel units and the electro-wetting pixel units. The flexible display panel may display static pictures through the electro-phoretic pixel units and display animation through the electro-wetting pixel units. Therefore, the flexible display panel has both the abilities for saving power and displaying animation.

    Abstract: A mechanism for suppressing grinding-cutting vibration comprises a C-shaped base, a fixed support seat, a clamp device and a vibration absorber. Based on vibration absorbing principle of the vibration theory, the clamp device is connected to the movable cutting machine, so as to move along with the cutting machine during the machining operation, and the clamp force applied to clamp the workpiece is adjustable. By such arrangements, the vibration energy produced at the time of cutting the workpiece can be transferred to the vibration absorber through the clamp device, and then a part of the vibration energy will be absorbed by the vibration absorber, thus achieving the objective of reducing vibration of the cut position.

A similarity computing apparatus computes the similarity between each frame to obtain multiple similarity values. A key frame extracting apparatus chooses the key frames from the frames wherein the sum of the similarity values between the key frames is a minimum. A feature space mapping apparatus converts the sentences into multiple corresponding sentence vectors and computes the distance between each sentence vector to obtain multiple distance values. A clustering apparatus divides the sentences into multiple clusters according to the distance values and the importance of the sentences, and also applies a splitting step to split the cluster with the highest importance into multiple new clusters. A key sentence extracting apparatus chooses multiple key sentence from the clusters, wherein the sum of the importance of the key sentences is the maximum.
