The method comprising: encoding image data of a current image to generate encoded image data of the current image, wherein the encoded image data is compressed data of the image data; decoding the encoded image data of the current image to generate decoded image data of the current image; performing block error estimation to generate quantized block error values of the plurality of blocks, respectively; determining OD depressed gains, respectively; and adjusting OD strength of corresponding blocks within a next image, respectively, for controlling the display panel to display the next image.

    Abstract: A layout versus schematic (LVS) tool identifies a detected mismatch between a first graph representing a circuit layout and a second graph representing a circuit schematic. The detected mismatch is a device or net represented by a first node in the first graph and a corresponding second node in the second graph. The LVS tool assigns a first value to the first node and to the second node. The LVS tool iterates through nodes in the first graph and nodes in the second graph to assign values based on the first value, according to a graph coloring algorithm, until reaching a third node of the first graph and a corresponding fourth node of the second graph that are assigned different values. The LVS tool generates an output identifying the third node and the fourth node as a root cause of the detected mismatch.

    Abstract: A method for connecting or terminating wires to a printed circuit is disclosed. The method includes applying layers, such as a first layer and a second layer, to the printed circuit. The first layer is applied over several active components on the printed circuit, and provides a sealant against ingress of contaminants in the active components. The second layer is a rigid layer applied over the first layer. When the printed circuit is placed in a fixture, a metallic element, such as a thermode or hot bar, presses against the wires to hold the wires against several terminals on the printed circuit. The metallic element is heated to melt solder between the wires and the terminals. The second layer is configured to resist compressive forces from the metallic element and the fixture, such that the printed circuit and the active components are not damaged during the connection process.
