    Abstract: The present invention generally relates to imaging cells, for example, to determine phenotypes and/or genotypes in populations of cells, e.g., to build genotype-phenotype corresponse for high-throughput screening. In some cases, the cells may be manipulated, e.g., using CRISPR or other techniques. In certain embodiments, nucleic acids may be introduced to the cell, e.g., using a lentivirus. The nucleic acids may contain a guide portion comprising a DNA or RNA recognition sequence, a reporter portion, and an identification portion comprising one or more read sequences. The guide portion may be used to alter the phenotype of the cells, e.g., using a sequence, e.g., an sgRNA sequence, that can be targeted using CRISPR or other techniques, and in some cases, the phenotype of the cells may be determined using various imaging approaches. The identification portion may be determined using MERFISH or other suitable techniques.

The conductive layer is formed with a sampling circuit, the sampling circuit comprises: a sampling end portion; an outputting end portion; a first branch path formed with a first fusing zone; and a second branch path formed with a second fusing zone. The first pad is provided on the sampling end portion, the second pad is provided on the second branch path. When the first fusing zone is fused, the circuit board can be quickly repaired by means of the second branch path and the second pad to electrically connect the sampling end portion and the outputting end portion, thereby achieving the purpose of reusing the circuit board, therefore the entire battery module is not scrapped and the utilization of the battery module is improved.

A recurrent neural network encodes a time series vector of historical prices for the stock. An attention layer assigns weights to time steps of the time series. A discriminative network predicts a direction of price movement of the stock over a future time period after a new earning call conference according to the concatenated vector.
