Abstract: A technique for determining the relative relevance of electronic documents based on metadata/content associated with the document as a whole and/or metadata/content associated with one or more subdivisions of the electronic document. Metadata is associated with the document and various subdivision markers in the code of the document. A comparison of electronic documents may be made by comparing the metadata/content associated with the document and/or the subdivisions of the document to determine which documents contains subject matter that is relevant to the subject matter of another document or search criteria. The metadata/content may be weighted and these weights may be modified based on a rank profile A relevance score may be determined based on the comparison of the metadata/content for the documents and/or subdivisions of the documents as well as the weights attributed to the various subdivisions and documents.

Abstract: A system and method that proactively manages login security data is provided. The system selects requesters of a software application resource. A privileged requester is used to request login security data pertaining to the selected requesters. The login security data that is received is compared to one or more parameters that indicate which action(s) should take place. Based on this comparison, one or more actions are taken on behalf of the selected requesters. One of the actions that can be taken is a grace period. One of the actions that can be taken is an automatic security setting update. Another action that can be taken is an automatic notification that automatically informs a user or application that a requestor's access to the resource is about to expire.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are described that may be used to provide decoupled rotation of structures about different pivot points. The apparatus may include one or more fixed blades mounted to a frame or substrate, one or more movable blades mounted to each structure to be moved, and flexures on which the structures are suspended. Separate movable blades may be provided for each degree of freedom. When voltage is applied between the fixed and movable blades, the electrostatic attraction generates a force attracting movable blades toward blades that are fixed relative to the moveable blades, causing a structure to rotate about the flexures. The angle of rotation that results may be related to the size, number and spacing of the blades, the stiffness of the flexures and the magnitude of the voltage difference applied to the blades. The blades are fabricated using deep silicon etching.

Abstract: A system and method of providing television program recommendations is disclosed. In a particular embodiment, the method includes receiving a user review of a television program from a set-top box device via an access network of an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) system. The method also includes associating the user review with a user of the set-top box device. The method also includes receiving a request for programming recommendations from the set-top box device and generating a recommendation list that includes at least one recommended program.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system, method and computer-readable medium for providing a television service. A group of settings relating to a television service is received from a customer device. A portal is provided to a remote device that enables updating the group of settings. A change to at least one setting is received from the remote device, and the change is made to the at least one setting at the customer device.

Abstract: A system and method for updating a filtering system which controls access to a website/page between a local area network (LAN) and an Internet. The LAN includes an Internet gateway system coupled to a workstation and configured to receive a URL request. The system controls access to the website/page associated with the URL based on one or more categories that are associated with the URL. The Internet gateway system can determine the category that is associated with the URL by referencing a master database or requesting the category from a database factory. The database factory can receive URLs from multiple Internet gateway systems. The database factory determines whether the identifier was previously categorized by the database factory and provides the category to the Internet gateway system. Once the Internet gateway system has the category, it applies rules associated with the category and user to filter access to the requested website/page.

The method includes receiving an input that corresponds to a master account, associating the master account with at least one additional account that relates to the provision of content from a content provider and delivering the content over the television network.

The chamber includes a gas inlet, a top electrode configured to strike a plasma inside the chamber, and a support for holding a substrate. A controller configured to detect a passivation starved condition during an etching operation is provided. The controller is further configured to introduce a passivation enhancing gas through the gas inlet during the etching operation in response to detecting the passivation starved condition.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method of delivering notifications. The method can include receiving a communication at a server within an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) network, where the communication is directed to a destination device outside of the IPTV network. The method can also include identifying the destination device and associating the destination device with a set-top box device. The method can also include transmitting a notification of the communication to the set-top box device via a private data network within the IPTV network.

Then, a plasma is generated. Next, substantially all of the polysilicon film that is unprotected is etched. Then, a silicon containing gas is introduced and a remainder of the polysilicon film is etched while introducing a silicon containing gas. An etch chamber configured to introduce a silicon containing gas during an etch process is also provided.

One method for identifying noise in inspection data includes identifying events detected in a number of sets of inspection data that is less than a predetermined number as noise. One method for binning defects includes binning the defects into groups based on defect characteristics and the sets of the inspection data in which the defects were detected. One method for selecting defects for defect analysis includes binning defects into group(s) based on proximity of the defects to each other and spatial signatures formed by the group(s). A different method for selecting defects for defect analysis includes selecting defects having the greatest diversity of defect characteristic(s) for defect analysis. One method includes classifying defects on a specimen using inspection data generated for the specimen combined with defect review data generated for the specimen.

Abstract: A method for etching a bilayer resist defined over a substrate in a plasma etch chamber is provided. The method initiates with introducing the substrate having a pattern defined on a first layer of the bilayer resist into the etch chamber. Then SiCl4 gas flows into the etch chamber. Next, a plasma is struck in the etch chamber while flowing the SiCl4 gas. Then the bilayer resist is etched.
