  • Publication number: 20220356867
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a wind power installation, in particular for identifying unusual oscillation events, and an associated wind power installation and a wind farm. The method comprises the steps of: providing a parametrized limit for a value of an observed oscillation of a component of the wind power installation; determining a current limit from the parametrized limit taking account of at least one current ambient parameter, in particular an ambient parameter that is indicative for the current incident flow; determining a current value of the observed oscillation of the component; comparing the current value of the observed oscillation of the component with the current limit; and operating the wind power installation on the basis of the result of the comparison.

  • Patent number: 10831972
Abstract: A global router determines edge capacity of global tiles for a first integrated circuit in a global routing operation. The global router determines a respective edge capacity of first width wire tracks for each of a plurality of global tiles in a first metal layer in the first integrated circuit in a first global routing operation. The global router determines a respective edge capacity of second width wire tracks for each of the plurality of global tiles in the first metal layer in the first integrated circuit in a second global routing operation. The edge capacities for first width and second width wire tracks are determined in separate operations by the global router as part of the operations performed for fabrication of the first integrated circuit.

  • Patent number: 10452800
Abstract: A routing specification is received for nets of an integrated circuit connecting source cells and sink cells in the integrated circuit. A target performance parameter is received for each of the nets, the target performance parameters specifying a propagation property of electrical signals in the nets. Layouts of the nets are generated according to the routing specification. An actual performance parameter for each of the nets in the layouts is generated, in which the actual performance parameters specify a calculated actual propagation property of electrical signals in the nets. A deviation parameter is generated for each of the performance parameters. Each of the deviation parameters is indicative of a degree of deviation of the respective actual performance parameter from its target performance parameter.

  • Patent number: 9700284
Abstract: For simpler scanning in 3D ultrasound imaging, free hand 3D ultrasound imaging is used. Various registration techniques, such as filtering of position signals based on density of scanning and/or counteracting depth deformation due to pressure, may be used for aligning frames relative to each other in 3D space. To deal with curvature of the skin surface resulting in different frames of data representing the same locations, the frames are grouped by orientation. Data representing the same locations in frames of the same or similar orientation are combined. Frame groups of different orientations but of a same sweep of the transducer along the skin are combined into a volume. Volumes from different sweeps are combined. For combining data representing a same location, the values are weighted based on the likelihoods of ultrasound values representing different locations being accurate or correct.
