    Abstract: A system is provided generating a context-dependent experience for a vehicle driver, e.g., to relax or enhance the driver's mental state. A system controller is configured to receive driving context data regarding a driving situation from various driving context data sources. The driving context data may include vehicle operation data, e.g., generated by vehicle-based sensors, and environmental data regarding an environment external to the vehicle, e.g., received wirelessly from a remote server. The system controller may identify content triggering events based on (a) the received driver context data and (b) a set of content triggering rules. For each content triggering event, the system controller may select one or more human-perceivable contents elements (e.g., audio clips, seat massage settings, or air conditioner settings), and control one or more content output devices (e.g., speakers, seat massage system, or vehicle HVAC system) to output the selected content element(s) to the driver.

    Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable a device for trapping nanoparticles. More specifically, the device comprises a dielectric layer, an electrically insulating lid, a plurality of trapping electrodes, and electrical circuit connectors. The dielectric layer has an exposed surface, which is structured to form a set of recesses in the dielectric layer. The recesses are dimensioned so as to allow nanoparticles (e.g. biomolecules) to be trapped. The electrically insulating lid extends above the exposed surface of the dielectric layer. A flow path is defined between the lid and the exposed surface, such that a liquid can be introduced in the flow path. The trapping electrodes are arranged opposite the lid with respect to the exposed surface to face respective ones of the recesses. This arrangement defines pairs, such that each pair associates one of the trapping electrodes with a respective one of the recesses.

A first supervised deep neural network (“DNN”) is trained using received characteristics for the battery as input and received process parameters as outputs. An unsupervised AI estimator is trained using one or more clustering methods based on extracted features from the first supervised DNN, where the received characteristics are input to the unsupervised AI estimator. A second supervised DNN is trained using identified clusters from the unsupervised AI estimator. The identified clusters are validated with state of health indications. User battery data is inputted to the second supervised DNN to determine the state of health for the battery.

The central computer cyclically creates a model based on the stored operating constellations and failures (A), which assigns a failure probability (pA) to each possible operating constellation.
