  • Patent number: 12254647
Abstract: Described are techniques and systems for secure camera based IMU calibration for stationary systems, including vehicles. Existing vehicle camera systems are employed, with enhanced security to prevent malicious attempts by hackers to try and cause a vehicle to enter IMU calibration mode. IMU calibration occurs when a calibration system determines the vehicle is parked in a controlled environment; calibration targets are positioned at different viewing angles to vehicle cameras to act as sources of optical patterns of encoded data. Features of the patterns are for security as well as for alignment functionality. Images of the calibration targets enable inference of a vehicle coordinate system, from which calculations for IMU mounting error compensations are performed. A relative rotation between the IMU and the vehicle coordinate system are applied to IMU data to compensate for relative rotations between the vehicle and the IMU, thereby improving vehicle slope and bank metrics.

  • Patent number: 12233321
Abstract: A portable net system for net games is disclosed which provides for rapid assembly, lightweight construction, durability against damage while assembling and playing, and also provides enhancements inherent in the design which allow for improved marketing and advertising during tournaments. The net functions through having a bow-shaped tensioning rod reacting against the net top-tape to provide primary shape, net tension and height control. A vertical post at each distal end is attached to the foldable feet to provide lateral stability, and these are attached to the net via insertion into the net end-band and durably connected via the rigid bow end-connectors. Removable end-panels at each end net termination provides for a self-tensioned surface where advertising and sponsor labels may be attached.

  • Publication number: 20250032011
Abstract: This document describes techniques and devices for blood-solute calculation with a mobile device using non-invasive spectroscopy. A mobile device includes a light source that emits light toward an interferometer that uses mirrors to separate and recombine the light. The interferometer directs the recombined light toward a person. Light reflected from, or transmitted through, the person is received through a reception port to a photodetector that outputs photodetector data that corresponds to a measured light intensity of the reflected and transmitted light as a function of a path length of the light or a mirror position of the interferometer. Based on the photodetector data, an interferogram is generated. Applying a technique such as a Fourier transform to the interferogram, a spectrum data set of the reflected and transmitted light is generated. Based on the spectrum data set, a concentration of solutes in the person's blood is calculated.

  • Patent number: 12199834
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for generating a computing network from natural language descriptions of the computing network are provided. In one or more examples, the systems and methods described below can be used harvest publically available (or even privately available) natural language descriptions of a computing network, and convert those descriptions into an operational replica of the described computing network. By harvesting both publically available data, as well as other resources, the systems and methods described herein can allow for an analyst tasked with analyzing a given computing network to generate a fully operational replica of the computing network without having to have direct access to the network. In one or more examples, the analyst can recreate a fully-functional replica of the network to be analyzed based on partial descriptions of the computing network, thereby greatly improving the level of analysis capable of being performed.
