    Abstract: Conditioning systems and methods for providing cooling to a heat load can include an evaporative cooler arranged in a scavenger plenum with a recovery coil downstream of the evaporative cooler. The conditioning systems can operate in various modes, including an adiabatic mode and an evaporative mode, and a blended mode between the adiabatic mode and the evaporative mode, depending on environmental conditions. The blended mode can be enabled by a fluid transmission and retention device fluidically connected to the inlet and outlet of the evaporative cooler, the recovery coil outlet, and the heat load. The fluid transmission and retention device can variably distribute the cooling fluid exiting the recovery coil and the cooling fluid exiting the evaporative cooler to one or both of the heat load and the evaporative cooler inlet. In an example, the fluid transmission and retention device includes a manifold. In another example, the fluid transmission and retention device includes one or more tanks.

The transmission line structure of the invention can have a greater diameter then convention coaxial cables, which can minimise loss whilst still providing access for control wires and/or fluid to reach an surgical instrument. The cover also includes a lock mechanism, which includes a keeper movable between a locked state where movement of the restrictor is inhibited and an unlocked state where movement of the restrictor is permitted. The keeper moves from the locked state to the unlocked state in response to selective engagement between the interface of the instrument and a receiver of the lock mechanism.

The device receives an identification of a first device as a common clock device that has a first internal clock being designated as a master clock. The device receives a synchronized audio playback command that includes audio data to be output and a future playback time. In response to receiving the audio data, the device determines a synchronized audio playback time. If the determined synchronized audio playback time has not yet occurred, the electronic device outputs the audio data based on the determined synchronized audio playback time.
