  • Publication number: 20250095778
Abstract: A sequencing data analysis platform can process datasets that include a large number of sequence read. The reads are aligned to one or more reference genomes. Due to sequencing errors, sequencing noise, or genuine differences between a reference genome and the individual species being sequenced, this mapping process may tolerate a certain number of mismatches, insertions, or deletions. The sequencing data analysis platform provides a set of tools for analyzing and visualizing the sequence reads.

  • Publication number: 20250094679
Abstract: The technology employs an iterative system of difference constraints (ISDC) approach that leverages low-level feedback from downstream tools to iteratively refine scheduling with respect to circuit design high-level synthesis. In each iteration, a number of subgraphs are extracted from an original computation graph and passed to selected downstream tools, e.g., for logic synthesis, placement and/or routing. The downstream tools' compilation results are extracted and fed back to a scheduler. With the feedback, the scheduler recalculates delay estimation between each pair of nodes in the original computation graph and prunes redundant scheduling constraints. As a result, the explorable design space is enlarged in the next iteration, leading to refined scheduling results. This feedback-guided approach is compatible with versatile design constraints and objectives, such as minimizing register usage given a targeted clock period, minimizing the clock period given a constrained area budget, etc.

  • Patent number: 12248630
Abstract: A wearable computing device with bio-signal sensors and a feedback module provides an interactive mediated reality (“VR”) environment for a user. The bio-signal sensors receive bio-signal data (for example, brainwaves) from the user and include bio-signal sensors embedded in a display isolator, having a deformable surface, and having an electrode extendable to contact the user's skin. The wearable computing device further includes a processor to: present content in the VR environment via the feedback module; receive bio-signal data of the user from the bio-signal sensor; process the bio-signal data to determine user states of the user, including brain states, using a user profile; modify a parameter of the content in the VR environment in response to the user states of the user. The user receives feedback indicating the modification of the content via the feedback module.

  • Publication number: 20250078149
Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to processing and executing digital asset transfers between two users. An example method includes receiving a data object defining a digital asset transfer, and the data object may be a query from the first user to initiate an outbound transfer to a second user or an approval of a request for digital asset units from the second user. The method further includes retrieving account balance data objects associated with the digital asset accounts for the first and second users. The method further includes, responsive to determining that the digital asset transfer satisfies one or more transfer conditions, executing the digital asset transfer by executing a closed-loop debit from the first user and executing a closed-loop credit to the second user. The method further includes updating the account balance data object to reflect the resulting balances of each digital asset account.
