  • Patent number: 11978709
Abstract: A system in a package (SIP) includes carrier layer regions that have a dielectric material with a metal post therethrough, where adjacent carrier layer regions define a gap. A driver IC die is positioned in the gap having nodes connected to bond pads exposed by openings in a top side of a first passivation layer, with the bond pads facing up. A dielectric layer is on the first passivation layer and carrier layer region that includes filled through vias coupled to the bond pads and to the metal post. A light blocking layer is on sidewalls and a bottom of the substrate. A first device includes a light emitter that has first bondable features. The light blocking layer can block at least 90% of incident light. The first bondable features are flipchip mounted to a first portion of the bond pads.

  • Patent number: 11976375
Abstract: Systems and processes for the production of lithium metal from molten salts. Systems can include a ceramic tube affixed by or to a freeze-composite. The freeze-composite includes a matrix, of a salt and a dispersed phase. The freeze is maintained with a cooling collar to maintain a temperature below the melting point of the salt. Systems can include a molten-catholyte and a molten-anolyte each adjacent to separate surfaces of the ceramic tube. The freeze-composite forms a fluidic and non-conductive barrier between the molten-catholyte and the molten-anolyte. Processes include a freeze-composite affixed to the ceramic tube. The ceramic tube is adjacent to a composite collar which is adjacent to a cooling collar; The cooling fluid is passed through the cooling collar. A molten-catholyte is passed along a first surface of the ceramic tube. A molten-anolyte is passed along to a second surface of the ceramic tube.

  • Publication number: 20240127241
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for electronic resource transfer authentication via a user characteristic data verification engine. The system receives a request to transfer electronic resources from a first endpoint device of a merchant. The system then identifies a resource vehicle owner associated with the electronic resource transfer, identifies at least one second endpoint device, then transmits a request for verification from the entity to the at least one second endpoint device, utilizing an application programming interface. The user characteristic feedback hardware of the at least one second endpoint device collects identifier data from the user of the at least one second endpoint device, and a user characteristic data verification engine is initiated and thereafter determines a binary identification output. An entirety of the electronic resources are distributed to the merchant based on the binary identification output.

  • Patent number: 11949804
Abstract: Voice communication network defense security which allows for managing and/or preventing voice calls based on which telecommunication carrier provided the calling number. By managing calls based on telecommunication carrier as opposed to the calling number, the present invention seeks to prevent intrusion by wrongdoers who may otherwise be in possession with an unlimited supply of calling numbers. Further, by implementing the security measures at the voice communication network perimeter, voice calls can be managed and/or prevented/block in real-time while the call is in a pre-answer state. As a result, the present invention provides the capability to prevent/block wrongdoers from accessing the intra-voice communication network or, at a minimum ensures that potential wrongdoers are properly vetted through an investigative process.

  • Patent number: 11928163
Abstract: A technique is provided for creating digital memories for a particular person. A data store stores personal data derived from signals gathered from a plurality of sensors that monitor the particular person. Memories creation processing circuitry, responsive to detection of a given event associated with the particular person, performs an augmentation process to generate an augmented given event identifying multiple items of data associated with the given event, including personal data associated with the given event obtained from the data store. The memories creation processing circuitry analyses the multiple items of data identified by the augmented given event in order to generate a given digital memory for the given event. A memories data store stores digital memories generated by the memories creation processing circuitry for the particular person, and memories analysis circuitry determines and maintains associations between the digital memories in the memories data store.
