  • Patent number: 11922745
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include systems and methods for providing a secure physical storage system. The system may receive a request to register a first physical storage box from an entity including location information and security information. The request can be validated by comparing the security information to a predetermined security threshold. The location information associated with the first physical storage box can be recorded to a blockchain. The first registration information can be received from a first user device. The first physical storage box can be assigned to the first user device and a first identity token associated with the first physical storage box. The assignment information associated with the first physical storage box can be recorded to the blockchain. A first identity token can be received from the first user device. Instructions can be transmitted to the first physical storage box to transition from a locked to an unlocked state.

  • Patent number: 11921859
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for transitioning an information handling system (IHS) to a predetermined operating state is disclosed. During the transition, the IHS may obtain data from a variety of sources which may subject it to compromise. To reduce the likelihood that the IHS is compromised, the IHS may evaluate its environment and its own operation to determine its security state. Depending on its security state, the IHS may perform various actions to reduce the likelihood of it being compromised through its transition process.

  • Patent number: 11918273
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a hollow cable for transmitting radiofrequency and/or microwave frequency energy to an electrosurgical instrument, wherein the hollow cable is provided with electrical connectors for forming a bipolar electrical connection with an electrosurgical instrument that fits within, e.g. slides relative to, the hollow cable. The connectors can be conductive protrusions extending in an axial direction on opposite sides of the cable. The protrusions can be tabs, fins, rods, pins, or wires. The protrusions can be strips which engage corresponding terminals on the instrument. The transmission line structure of the invention can have a greater diameter then convention coaxial cables, which can minimise loss whilst still providing access for control wires and/or fluid to reach an surgical instrument. The cable can be used with multiple instruments.

  • Patent number: 11899432
Abstract: An industrial integrated development environment (IDE) provides a development framework for designing, programming, and configuring multiple aspects of an industrial automation system using a common design environment and data model. Projects creating using embodiments of the IDE system can be built on an object-based model rather than, or in addition to, a tag-based architecture. To this end, the IDE system can support the use of automation objects that serve as building blocks for this object-based development structure. These automation objects represent corresponding physical industrial assets and have associated programmatic attributes relating to those assets. Automation objects can be maintained in shared libraries that can be referenced by system projects. The IDE system can notify projects that reference these automation objects of updates to the object libraries, including edits to existing objects or addition of new objects.

  • Patent number: 11888822
Abstract: Secure communications can be established in which a request is received from a client computing device to instantiate a virtual key store (VKS) node. In response to the request, a cryptographically calculated uniform resource locator (URL) is generated. In addition, a crytopgraphic identity certificate is received from a certification authority server. Subsequently, a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) instance is instantiated and configured with the cryptographic identity certificate. Communications are then established between the client computing device and the VDI instance using the generated cryptographically calculated URL such that the VDI instance acts as a cryptographic proxy with at least one remote computing device.

  • Publication number: 20240021077
Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for a signal head processing system. A signal head detector can be mounted by or attached to an existing control light signal head and provide data indicating the state, i.e., on, off, blinking, of each light of the control light signal head. The signal head detector can communicate with a nearby gateway device. The gateway device, in turn, communicates with a back end server, and the back end server performs near real-time control light pattern analysis and provides near real-time light status. Alternatively, the signal head detector can communication directly with the based end server. The server analysis can include frequency of light change per canister, intersection geometry and lane flows, per-intersection control lighting patterns, seasonal, e.g., time of day, lighting patterns, anomaly detection and failure detection.

  • Patent number: 11855965
Abstract: A bridge application receives a request from a remote device to access a support server. Subsequently, the bridge application established a secure connection between the bridge application and the support server and establishes a secure connection between the bridge application and the remote device. Once these secure connections are both established, communications are relayed between the remote device and the support server to effect a software change to network device. The secure connections are later terminated upon completion of the software change to the remote device. Related apparatus, systems, techniques and articles are also described.

  • Patent number: 11853443
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for providing access to data on a personalized basis. A service operating on a server is identified, where data at the service is associated with a first user and other users. Data associated with the first user is extracted. A network location is spawned for the first user. The extracted data is transferred to the spawned network location to make the extracted data available to the first user in a read-only fashion by accessing the spawned network location. Additional network locations are spawned for second and third users, respectively, wherein data associated with the second and third users is transferred such that they are available to the second and third users by accessing their respective additional network locations.
