  • Patent number: 10805414
Abstract: One or more programs in a computing environment of a first service provider obtain an indication from a portion of an infrastructure of a second service provider, where the portion of the infrastructure has available computing capacity, and where the portion of an infrastructure includes at least one component. The one or more programs determine if the first service provider can deploy the portion as a portion of services deployed from the first service provider and based on making the determination that the first service provider can deploy the portion of the infrastructure, the one or more programs register the portion of the infrastructure to make it available for deployment by the first service provider. The one or more programs provision the at least one component for deployment by the first service provider in a service that includes the at least one component.

  • Patent number: 10701016
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and a system where a processor(s) monitors a mailbox in an electronic mail system to identify a message destined for the mailbox. Based on identifying the message destined for the mailbox, the processor(s) apply contextual language analyses to parse content of the message (a header and a body of the message) to identify patterns in the content that indicate a temporal validity period for the message. The processor(s) determine, based on identifying the patterns, the temporal validity period for the message and associate an expiration date with the message, the expiration date coincides with an end of the temporal validity period. The processor(s) expire the message, at the expiration date.

  • Publication number: 20200159487
Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable customization of content being consumed at a location. More specifically, a plurality of participants is identified as being located within an area. A data source corresponding to each of at least two participants is analyzed for preferences of the participants. Based on this analysis, a set of preferences for the participants is mapped, and this mapping includes linking related preferences of different participants. A sentiment of the plurality of participants is identified based on a real-time data feed that captures actions of the plurality of participants located within the area. A scored set of content is selected based on the mapped set of preferences and the identified sentiment of the plurality of participants.

  • Publication number: 20200143307
Abstract: A method and system for determining work ticket priority is provided. The method includes enabling a work ticket for a work assignment associated with an entity. The work ticket is assigned an initial priority value. Relevant data from multiple sources is associated with the work ticket and an updated priority value is requested. In response, multiple priority scores for the work ticket with respect to additional work tickets are published to an enterprise service bus (ESB) and an aggregate score for work ticket is calculated from the multiple priority scores.
