  • Patent number: 12632750
Abstract: In order to facilitate the entity resolution and entity activity tracking and indexing, systems and methods include receiving first source records from a first database and second source records from a record database. A candidate set of second source records is determined by a heuristic search in the set of second source records. A candidate pair feature vector associated with each candidate pair of first and second source records is generated. An entity matching machine learning model predicts matching first source records for each candidate second source record based on the respective candidate pair feature vector. An aggregate quantity associated with the matching first source records is aggregated from a quantity associated with each first source record, and a quantity index for each candidate second source record is determined based the aggregate quantities. Each quantity index is displayed to a user.

  • Patent number: 12590957
Abstract: A method for detecting an amount of an analyte in a solution includes providing an assay chamber including an electrode positioned at a first end of the assay chamber and a capture molecule attached to the electrode via a linker. A solution including an analyte, a binding partner of the analyte, at least one electrochemically active agent, and a detecting probe having a signaling tag attached thereto may be provided to the assay chamber. An electrical signal may be applied to the electrode to change the pH of the solution in the area near the electrode. The analyte may bind to the capture molecule and to the detecting probe at the first end of the assay chamber at the new pH. A signal produced by the signaling tag at the first end of the assay chamber may be measured to calculate the amount of the analyte in the solution.

  • Patent number: 12571240
Abstract: A lock adapter includes a first adapter arm and a second adapter arm. The first adapter arm has a first end which mating with a staple of a latch assembly, which, with a corresponding hasp, controls access to a structure. The first adapter arm also has second end configured for mating with the shackle of the lock. The second adapter arm also has a first end and a second end. The first end of the second adapter arm is configured for mating with the first end of the first adapter arm after the first end of the first adapter arm mates with the latch. The second end of the second adapter arm is configured for mating with the shackle of the lock. Upon the lock adapter mating with the staple and with the shackle of the lock, access to the structure via the latch assembly is inhibited.

  • Publication number: 20260060207
Abstract: A pellet dispenser system reliably dispenses a pellet when appropriate and is easy to clean. The system includes a hopper having two chambers separated by a divider with a pellet passageway. A dispensing hole allows single pellets to pass into a pellet chute when a disc having one or more pellet holes is rotated by a motor. When a pellet is to be dispensed, such as when a lever is pressed, the disc is rotated within the hopper and carries a pellet in one of the pellet holes until the pellet hole reaches the dispensing hole, at which point the pellet passes through the dispensing hole and into the pellet chute. A beam may be directed through the pellet chute such that the beam is interrupted when a pellet passes through the pellet chute, allowing for verification that a pellet was dispensed.

  • Patent number: 12515740
Abstract: A vehicle configured to operate in a normal steering mode and a differential steering mode is disclosed. The vehicle includes at least three wheels with the first and second wheels disposed on opposite sides of the vehicle. First and second motors, independently controllable by a motor control unit, drive the corresponding wheels. A steering shaft connects a steering mechanism for changing the angle of travel of at least one wheel to a steering wheel, when the vehicle operates in the normal steering mode. When the vehicle operates in a differential steering mode, a steering lock mechanism locks the at least one wheel in a fixed angle of travel, and a sensor senses the direction the steering wheel is turned. The motor controller causes the motor to rotate the first and second wheels at different rotational speeds to turn the vehicle the direction the steering wheel is turned.

  • Publication number: 20250327772
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for nucleic acid sequencing are provided. A dielectric member with multiple attached translocating proteins positioned between a first and a second electrode creates a sensing zone allowing an electroactive molecule to interact with both electrodes to complete an electrical circuit. Each of the multiple proteins captures a polynucleotide strand, brings the polynucleotide strand within the sensing zone, and translocates the polynucleotide strand across the sensing zone at a constant rate one nucleotide at a time. Directing current through the first electrode and the second electrode and holding the first electrode at a first voltage and the second electrode at a second voltage enables electron transfer via an electroactive label covalently bonded to a nucleotide. Current versus time measurements of the first electrode and of the second electrode are detected to determine when a nucleotide with an electroactive label is within the sensing zone.

  • Publication number: 20250271389
Abstract: Systems and methods to detect a polynucleotide strand in a sample during the early stage of amplification cycles. A metal-insulator-metal (MIM) electrode unit with two metal electrodes separated by a dielectric layer may be utilized as a nanogap sensor. Primers for amplifying a target polynucleotide strand may be immobilized on the surface of the dielectric layer. Polymerases, nucleotides, templates and primers may be added to the sample. At least one type of nucleotide may be labeled with a redox label that may enhance electron transport through the nanogap via tunneling and/or diffusion-based redox cycles. Signals (e.g., voltage pulses) may be directed through each of the electrodes. Current values from each electrode may be measured to establish a baseline signal. Alterations in the baseline signal may indicate the presence of target polynucleotide strands. The time to detect an alteration in the baseline signal may facilitate quantification of target polynucleotide strands.
