  • Patent number: 10275538
Abstract: A resource set comprising a set of resources may be provided to the public. It may be desirable to associate with the resources a set of public names, such as friendly URLs that may be more memorable, may indicate to users the type of resource so named, and may promote indexing of the resources by search engines. A name hierarchy (such as a portion of a file system) may store at least one reference that associates a public name with a resource. A name hierarchy navigation logic may facilitate navigation through the name hierarchy, and may specify a particular location within the name hierarchy where a reference associated with the public name is to be stored. This manner of associating public names with resources may promote the scalability and efficiency in associating public names with resources and in retrieving a resource associated with a particular public name.

  • Publication number: 20190082804
Abstract: The invention is directed to an electronic toy bank. The electronic toy bank may be utilized by a child to learn how to manage funds corresponding to an external account and may also be associated with a payment device operated by a child. The child may utilize a transfer device to communicate information to the electronic toy bank, where the information can indicate an amount to be transferred from a first external account to a second external account associated with the child. Upon authorization of the transfer, the electronic toy bank may send instructions to a remote server computer to update information associated with the first external account and the second external account according to the amount. The electronic toy bank can update information displayed on its display screen to reflect a balance associated with an external account, allowing the child to easily see their current savings.

  • Publication number: 20190068369
Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. In certain implementations, the apparatus may perform a first key agreement procedure to determine a first shared secret for communicating with a second device. In one aspect, the first shared secret may be associated with first BI of the first device and a second BI of the second device. The apparatus may maintain a first correlation between the first shared secret and the second BI. The apparatus may perform a key agreement recovery procedure when it is determined that the second device does not maintain a second correlation between the first shared secret and the first BI.
