  • Publication number: 20230300054
Abstract: A method and apparatus forms clusters of co-located devices by correlating measurable quantities that are observed by the devices. Devices, both fixed and mobile, may be clustered according to spatially defined locations by receiving a plurality of observations of measurable metrics from the devices; scoring the plurality of observations to define a cluster state at each of the spatially defined locations, wherein the cluster state comprises a plurality of measurable quantities; assigning the devices to a cluster of a plurality of clusters; after assigning the devices to the cluster, receiving additional observations of measurable metrics from the devices; and autonomously updating the cluster states in based on the additional observations.

  • Patent number: 11750479
Abstract: Methods and systems for managing customer encountered issue resolution are disclosed. To manage the customer encountered issue resolution, tickets for the customer encountered issues may be managed to reduce suffering and reduce the rate of ticket churn. To do so, customer pain levels may be identified and used to prioritize resource deployment for ticket resolution. The tickets may be classified into groups for resolution via automated or human-assisted processes, which may be limited in capacity. To ascertain the pain levels of the customers, communications from the customers may be emotionally analyzed to identify emotions present in the customers. The identified emotions may be used to identify whether performed remediation processes for resolving the customer encountered issues were successful, and to what extent they were successful.

  • Patent number: 11741385
Abstract: To simplify assisting a user in their day-to-day activities, a communication for performing an action may be sent to a user in the form of a query, where the query includes the most likely set of choices for the action arranged in a group of dichotomous (e.g., yes/no) or multiple choice answers. In this manner, a user may respond to the query by simply selecting one of the dichotomous or multiple choice answers. Historical logs of past actions, responses, queries, and so forth, may be used to predict future user actions or needs, and to formulate future queries for sending to the user. These techniques may be implemented, for example, through a remote coordination server or directly through a user's personal electronics device.

Abstract: An apparatus for atomic scale processing is provided. The apparatus may include a reactor and an inductively coupled plasma source. The reactor may have inner and outer surfaces such that a portion of the inner surfaces define an internal volume of the reactor. The internal volume of the reactor may contain a fixture assembly to support a substrate wherein the partial pressure of each background impurity within the internal volume may be below 10?6 Torr to reduce the role of said impurities in surface reactions during atomic scale processing.

  • Publication number: 20230222170
Abstract: Forward-looking sales activities are poorly served by existing Customer Relationship Managements systems, as the customer information those systems maintain by definition does not include the speculatively interested “leads” pursued in initial sales contacts. An Enrichment database, asynchronously loaded with corporate and optionally individual contact information in anticipation of use, provides real-time access to information in support of such first customer contacts. The Enrichment information may also be used to expedite creation and revision of CRM records.

  • Patent number: 11631571
Abstract: An apparatus for atomic scale processing is provided. The apparatus may include a reactor (100) and an inductively coupled plasma source (10). The reactor may have inner (154) and outer surfaces (152) such that a portion of the inner surfaces define an internal volume (156) of the reactor. The internal volume of the reactor may contain a fixture assembly (158) to support a substrate (118) wherein the partial pressure of each background impurity within the internal volume may be below 10?6 Torr to reduce the role of said impurities in surface reactions during atomic scale processing.

  • Publication number: 20230086454
Abstract: Systems and methods are described that provide a backend micro-code architecture and a front-end user agent. For example, the user agent may accept an instruction that contains one or more components of an opcode. The backend system may receive the instruction and provide it to a bifurcated process. The first part of the process can decode the instruction and execute a series of search queries that correspond with the instruction. The second part of the process can receive the search results, create a data model/script that can be read by the user agent, and return/embed the data model/script to the user agent. The user agent may search the data model locally at the user device to reduce the number of electronic communications between the backend and front-end. The user agent can enable the user to dynamically create a new search by selecting different combination of the five components of an opcode.
