  • Publication number: 20190011002
Abstract: A brake screw for use with a surgical lighting system. The brake screw includes a screw member retained within a threaded aperture of a mounting hub of a spindle of an arm used with the lighting system. The screw member is rotationally adjusted to enable displacement in an axial direction. A brake member is in axial alignment with the screw member and disposed for movement in the axial direction against a mounting tube retained within the mounting hub upon rotational adjustment of the screw member. A rivet section is integrally formed with the brake member and has a distal end retained within an axial recess formed within the screw member, allowing movement of the brake member in the axial direction within the screw member. A bias member is disposed between the screw member and the brake member to create a biasing force that urges apart the screw member and the brake member along the axial direction.

  • Publication number: 20180225760
Abstract: A disclosed system, method and computer readable storage medium includes mechanism for controlling cascade price movements in an electronic trading system. Price limits control the prices at which traders can place orders. An upper price limit prevents traders from placing orders above the upper limit and a lower price limit prevents traders from placing orders below the lower limit. The gap between the upper limit and the indicative marked price as well as the gap between lower limit and the indicative market price is controlled so as to cause a breaking effect on very rapidly changing market price.

  • Patent number: 9377486
Abstract: Thermal interface material handing is described for thermal control of an electronic component under test. In one example, a thermal control unit is adapted to control the temperature of at least a portion of an electronic component during testing. A pedestal between the thermal control unit and the electronic component conducts heat from the electronic component to the thermal head. A conduit extends through a portion of the pedestal, to permit the flow of a liquid thermal interface material from an external source to a space between the pedestal and the electronic component. The liquid thermal interface material improves heat conduction between the electronic component and the pedestal. An elastomeric seal between the electronic device and the pedestal constrains the thermal interface fluid within the space between the electronic component and the pedestal.
