  • Publication number: 20240375250
Abstract: A tool includes an elongate shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, a handle disposed on the proximal end of the elongate shaft, a hook secured to the distal end of the elongate shaft, a housing slidably secured around the elongate shaft between the proximal and distal ends of the shaft, and a clutch-lock mechanism integrated into the housing and including a manually actuatable trigger. The clutch-lock mechanism passively grips the elongate shaft to prevent the housing from sliding toward the proximal end of the elongate shaft. However, manual actuation of the trigger releases the clutch-lock mechanism to allow the housing to slide toward the proximal end of the elongate shaft. The tool may be used to manipulate a grating panel.

  • Patent number: 12141160
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for performing in-flight transformations of data streams. Complex event processing (CEP) operating on event records from various data streams can operate by storing the streamed event record data in a database, and then querying the data to perform a data transformation. However, in order to improve the performance of the data transformations and streamline CEP, a serverless architecture is introduced that can perform data transformations directly on streams, using attributes of the streamed record data defined in a schema. The resulting transformed data can then be provided by the serverless architecture to the CEP for direct access of the data most needed by the CEP.

  • Patent number: 12134991
Abstract: A gaseous fuel supply to an engine at a wellbore can be monitored using a monitoring system. The monitoring system can include a sensor apparatus having sensors configured to monitor the fuel supply of the engine. The fuel supply can be transported within a fuel supply line of a wellsite. The monitoring system can divert a portion of the fuel supply of the engine from the fuel supply line to a fuel sampling line. The monitoring system can analyze the portion of the fuel supply using the sensor apparatus to determine a fuel property measurement of the fuel supply. Additionally, the monitoring system can determine that the fuel property measurement is outside of a predefined range associated with a target performance level of the engine. In response, the monitoring system can perform a mitigation operation to cause the fuel supply to enable the target performance level of the engine.

  • Patent number: 12134998
Abstract: A reserve fuel system can be used to supplement fuel provided to an engine of wellsite equipment. For example, a fuel supply line can transport gaseous fuel at a wellsite to an engine of an equipment coupled to the fuel supply line. A reserve fuel tank can store gaseous fuel diverted from the fuel supply line. The reserve fuel tank can include a first valve coupling a first end of the reserve fuel tank to the fuel supply line to divert the gaseous fuel and a second valve coupling a second end of the reserve fuel tank to the engine. The second valve can be in a closed position to prevent the stored gaseous fuel from transferring to the engine or an open position to transfer the stored gaseous fuel to the engine. A control system can adjust the second valve based on a pressure of the fuel supply line.

  • Patent number: 12133194
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for enabling accurate estimation of a location of a water vessel. In an embodiment, a rescue system transmits a Short Message Service (SMS) message to a user device on the water vessel, the SMS message comprising a selectable option that, when selected, causes a location of the user device to be shared. Based on a selection by a user of the user device of the selectable option, the system receives a plurality of location coordinates from the user device at a plurality of respective times, each respective location coordinate describing a respective location of the user device at its respective time. The system computes an estimated location of the water vessel based on the plurality of location coordinates and an elapsed time between a current time and a time at which a last-received location coordinate was received. The system transmits the estimated location to a responder device.

  • Publication number: 20240354630
Abstract: A quantum computing system comprises a classical computing entity, a controller, and a quantum processor. The controller is configured to control operation of the quantum processor and communicate with the computing entity. The controller causes performance of syndrome circuit segments to generate syndromes of logical qubits. The syndrome circuit segment is performed at least partially by causing performance of a sequence of transportation operations and at-least-two-physical-qubits interactions. Each transportation operation of the sequence causes physical transport of at least one of a respective data qubit of the logical qubit or a respective ancilla qubit into a respective interaction zone defined by the quantum processor. A respective at-least-two-physical-qubits interaction is performed within the respective interaction zone.
