Publication number: 20130019470Abstract: A method of manufacturing 3D circuit includes the steps of providing a main body of a 3D structure; degreasing and roughening surfaces of the main body; performing a metallization process on the main body to deposit a thin metal film thereon; performing a photoresist coating process to form a photoresist protective layer on the thin metal film; performing an exposure and development process on the photoresist protective layer to form a patterned photoresist protective layer; performing an etching process to form a patterned circuit layer at areas covered by the patterned photoresist protective layer; stripping the patterned photoresist protective layer off the patterned circuit layer; and performing a chemical plating process on the patterned circuit layer to form a thickness-increased circuit layer. With the method, a 3D circuit can be formed on a 3D structure without providing additional circuit carrier to meet the requirement for miniaturized and compact electronic devices.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 22, 2011Publication date: January 24, 2013Applicants: ICT-LANTO LIMITEDInventors: Chuan Ling HU, Yu Wei CHEN

Patent number: 7495630Abstract: The feed point adjustable planar antenna includes a ground component, a main radiation plane, a branch line extended from the main radiation plane, and a ground pin electrically connecting the radiation component with the ground component. If it needs to fine tune the frequency band interval after the design of the antenna is completed, the feed position of the coaxial cable to the branch line can be changed to achieve the fine tuning without cutting the antenna. The ground pin extends from a side edge of the ground component and the branch line is adjacent to the ground component. The branch line and the ground component form a larger coupling range than the conventional planar antenna does. In the mean time, the coaxial cable also has a larger feed range than the conventional planar antenna does.Type: GrantFiled: June 2, 2007Date of Patent: February 24, 2009Assignee: Chant Sincere Co., Ltd.Inventors: Chuan-Ling Hu, Yu-Wei Chen, Chang-Lun Liao, Chia-Sheng Liu

Publication number: 20080119586Abstract: When a superabsorbent material is to be incorporated into an absorbent composite in a relatively high concentration, it is necessary to carefully choose the superabsorbent material. Properties of the superabsorbent material to be considered are total Absorbent Capacity, resistance to Deformation Under Load, the ability of the superabsorbent material to absorb while under a restraining force, and the ability of the superabsorbent material to wick fluids away from the insult area. By quantifying these characteristics of a superabsorbent material, Applicants are able to predict which superabsorbent materials are suited for use in absorbent composites comprising a relatively high concentration of superabsorbent material.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 13, 2007Publication date: May 22, 2008Inventors: Shannon Kathleen Byerly, David Gerard Iwanski, Stanley Roy Kellenberger, Jian Qin, Wen-Huey Shih-Schroeder, Krzysztof Andrezj Szymonski, Chuan-Ling Tsai, Sandra Marie Yarbrough

Patent number: 7301461Abstract: An integrating SOC capable of integrating a micro-antenna System on Chip (SOC) of integrating micro-antennas comprises an existing radio frequency model, a circuit board and an antenna element to a package of single SOC. The micro-antenna element is formed by using antenna radiated conductor paths composing of a single-feeding end or multiple-feeding ends and multiple-curved paths. Active or passive elements are selected to match up the antenna element and relative circuits, and arranges on the circuit board. Then by using embedding type injection molding or glue-filling modeling, the single SOC is finished by the package of a radio frequency model and an antenna element.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2005Date of Patent: November 27, 2007Assignee: Chant Sincere Co., Ltd.Inventors: Chuan-Ling Hu, Shun-Tian Lin, Chang-Fa Yang

Publication number: 20070245120Abstract: In a multiple microcontroller system comprising multiple MCU core logics, a multiple-MCU-core-logic selection operand is provided in an instruction according to this invention. The multiple-MCU-core-logic selection operand specifies or selects a corresponding MCU core logic in the system, and also specifies or selects a sub-unit of the MCU core logic, when necessary. Any MCU core logic in the system may be used as a main operation microcontroller unit to fetch and decode this instruction. An operation action corresponding to an operation code in the instruction is performed on the selected MCU core logic corresponding to the multiple-MCU-core-logic selection operand. The multiple microcontroller system can therefore directly specify an MCU core logic, and its sub-unit if necessary, on which a desired action is to be performed. Moreover, different MCUs in the multiple microcontroller system can share resources and control one another. True parallel processing is thus achieved.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 14, 2006Publication date: October 18, 2007Inventors: Jung Chang, Chuan Ling, Shih-Yu Lin

Patent number: 7070678Abstract: A process for producing paper webs having a pattern formed into the web is disclosed. The pattern is formed during formation of the web and is made by varying the basis weight of the web. The paper web is produced by depositing an aqueous suspension of fibers between two forming surfaces. One or both of the forming surfaces include lower permeability areas that create lower basis weight areas in the web. The lower permeability areas are contained in the forming surface according to a particular pattern. For instance, the lower permeability areas can be formed into a drainage roll sleeve contained on a drainage roll which contacts a forming surface. The drainage roll can be a forming roll or a breast roll.Type: GrantFiled: November 30, 2001Date of Patent: July 4, 2006Assignee: Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc.Inventors: Peter J. Allen, Joseph G.
