  • Patent number: 9466480
Abstract: A cleaning process for oxide includes the following step. A substrate having a first area and a second area is provided. A first oxide layer is formed on the substrate of the first area and the second area. An ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) containing process is performed on the first oxide layer of the first area and the second area. A photoresist layer covers the first oxide layer of the first area while exposing the first oxide layer of the second area. The first oxide layer of the second area is removed. The photoresist layer is then removed.

  • Publication number: 20160276165
Abstract: A method of an interfacial oxide layer formation comprises a plurality of steps. The step (S1) is to remove a native oxide layer from a surface of a substrate; the step (S2) is to form an oxide layer on a surface of a substrate by piranha solution (SPM); the step (S3) is to cleaning a surface of the oxide layer by standard clean 1 (SC1), and the step (S4) is to etch he oxide layer by a solution comprising diluted hydrogen fluoride (dHF) and ozonized pure water (DIO3).

  • Publication number: 20160172190
Abstract: A gate oxide formation process includes the following steps. A first gate oxide layer is formed on a substrate. The first gate oxide layer is thinned to a first predetermined thickness. The first gate oxide layer is then thickened to a second predetermined thickness, to thereby form a second gate oxide layer.

  • Patent number: 9321225
Abstract: An optical plate includes a substrate having a light emitting surface, a rear surface opposite to the light emitting surface, and a plurality of microstructures that cooperatively define the light emitting surface and each of which parallelly extends in a light traveling direction. Each of the microstructures includes first and second convex portions and a concave portion disposed between and interconnecting the first and second convex portions, and two adjacent ones of the microstructures are connected. Intersections between the microstructures cooperatively define an imaginary plane, and a lowest point of the concave portion is disposed at one side of the imaginary plane opposite to the rear surface of the substrate.

  • Patent number: 8899812
Abstract: A front bezel assembly is adapted to cover a display panel and a backlight module of a non-self-luminous display device. The backlight module includes an optical module. The front bezel assembly includes a front bezel. The front bezel assembly includes a front wall disposed in front of the display panel and formed with a bezel opening to expose the same, and a sidewall extending rearward from the front wall into the optical module. A backlight source is mounted to the sidewall such that light emitted from the backlight source irradiates toward the display panel through the optical module.

  • Publication number: 20110141249
Abstract: A stereo-image display device is disclosed in the invention. The stereo-image display device includes a polarization beam splitter, an image projection lens set, a first image unit and a second image unit. The first image unit is used for generating a first visual optical signal to the polarization beam splitter. The second image unit is used for generating a second visual optical signal to the polarization beam splitter. A polarization direction of the second visual optical signal is orthogonal to a polarization direction of the first visual optical signal. Two visual optical signals are combined to one beam by the polarization beam splitter, and are projected through the image projection lens set onto a screen.

  • Publication number: 20060082793
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for receiving a print file having an actual page size, and a nominal imposition template specifying a nominal page size, and generating an imposition flat for printing. If the actual page size matches the nominal page size, the nominal imposition template is applied to the print file without change. If, however, the actual page size differs from the nominal page size, the nominal imposition template is automatically modified based on the actual page size, and then the modified imposition template is applied to the print file to create the imposition flat.
