  • Publication number: 20110220702
Abstract: A posterior locking device for use in a nail cartridge of a nail gun can hold a movable nail pusher at a rear part of the nail cartridge. The posterior locking device includes a locking member movably mounted to the rear part of the nail cartridge, a springy member for providing resilience forcing the locking member back to an initial position, and a guide post fixed to the nail pusher. When the nail pusher is externally forced to slide to the rearmost end of the nail cartridge and then released from the external force, the guide post can be locked into the locking member to hold the nail pusher at the rear part of the nail cartridge temporarily. Next, when the nail pusher is externally forced to the rearmost end again, the guide post can disengage from the locking member to allow the nail pusher to move back and forward.

  • Patent number: 7721928
Abstract: A nail-driving device includes a body having a nail ejection portion, a nail-striking member, an activation switch, a trigger mechanism, a force-transmitting member, and a safety mechanism. The force-transmitting member is connected pivotally to the safety mechanism. When the safety mechanism is limited in a first position, and when the trigger mechanism is actuated, the force-transmitting member activates the activation switch to thereby move the nail-striking member relative to the body. When movement of the safety mechanism relative to the body is allowed, and when the trigger mechanism is actuated, the force-transmitting member moves the safety mechanism from the first position to a second position such that a contact portion of the activation switch serves as a fulcrum.

  • Publication number: 20070246502
Abstract: The present invention provides an ejector tab structure for a nailer cartridge, which is mounted at a preset location of the nailer cartridge. The ejector tab is provided with an ejector to push the collated nails. The present invention includes a first and second ejector, the first ejector aligning with the first groove of a guide groove, the second ejector aligning with the second groove of the guide groove. The first and second grooves are separated through a rejector of the nailer cartridge. The first ejector aligns with the lower part of the long collated nails, and the second ejector aligns with the upper part. When either long or short collated nails are assembled into the nailer cartridge, a more reliable ejection state is achieved to ensure accurate nailing, improving the performance and extending the service life of the nailer.

  • Patent number: 7231990
Abstract: The limit structure for the hook of the pneumatic tool, and the area that is preset on the pneumatic tool has a cylinder hook assembly part that can be covered by a loop cover of the hook. A ring groove is placed on the circumferential area of the hook assembly part, and radial through holes are located at two radial spaced locations on the loop cover, so the center line of the through hole can pin through the ring groove. The through fixer goes through the radial through hole and through the corresponding ring groove, and the hook reaches the combination of limit state that is rotatable by locking the middle of these two through fixers in the ring groove. With this structure, it helps the limit structure for the hook of the pneumatic tool to achieve practical effects of simpler production and more convenient assembling.
