Abstract: A mixed discharge gas of a PDP is disclosed, which includes at least one inert gas. At this time, Xe is contained at a ratio of 3˜20% in the mixed discharge gas, and a pressure is kept between 300 torr and 700 torr, thereby enhancing efficiency and a life span of the PDP.

Abstract: A PDP and a driving method thereof are disclosed in which luminous efficiency can be improved. The PDP includes a scan/sustain electrode formed at a peripheral portion of a discharge cell, a common sustain electrode formed to oppose the scan/sustain electrode at the peripheral portion of the discharge cell, a first trigger electrode formed to be adjacent to the scan/sustain electrode, and a second trigger electrode formed to be adjacent to the common sustain electrode.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus capable of supporting a variety of optional extension modules for a portable computer, comprising a port connector for connecting any of the optional extension modules; and a selector for receiving a control signal from the connected module through the port connector and enabling the portable computer to communicate with the connected module. With the module supporting apparatus, a variety of optional extension modules can be connected to the computer by using the port connector. Besides basic functions, the portable computer can perform a variety of functions, such as a multi-media function, etc.

Abstract: The invention can increase the induced voltage by arranging two adjacent frequency generating coils serially, and also suppress the variation of the induced voltage by omitting the teeth pattern of the frequency generating coils at the opposite position of the section where the coil pattern is not provided due to the driving circuit elements. In addition, the driving circuit elements are mounted on both inner and outer sides of the coil pattern on a single PCB and the expensive dual pattern PCB or any additional PCB is not required, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced and the assembling process becomes easier.
