  • Publication number: 20110265900
Abstract: An inflating valve for an inflatable object has a body, a valve disk, a cap and a recoil member. The body is body and has a passage and a disk mount. The passage is defined through the body and has a bottom opening. The valve disk is attached securely to the bottom of the body to close the bottom opening of the passage and has a mounting end and a free end. The mounting end is mounted securely on the disk mount of the body. The free end is opposite to the mounting end. The cap is attached to the body around the bottom opening and holds the valve disk inside. The recoil member is mounted between the valve disk and the cap to push the valve disk closing the bottom opening of the passage in the body.

  • Patent number: 8033797
Abstract: An automatic deactivation mechanism is configured for an air bladder pump having a casing and a motor located therein to pump air into an air bladder from the atmosphere and through an air valve connected through the casing. The automatic deactivation mechanism includes a housing positioned within the casing and has defined therethrough a first aperture in fluid communication with the atmosphere through the casing and a second aperture in fluid communication with the air bladder through the casing. Included within the housing are at least two switches and a diaphragm positioned between the switches. The housing is sealed so that when a threshold pressure is reached therein, at least one switch is triggered by deflection of the diaphragm to automatically deactivate the pump by de-energizing the motor.

  • Publication number: 20110020149
Abstract: An air pump for an inflatable article has a housing and a blower, a switch assembly and an air valve mounted in the housing. The switch assembly has a slider and a driving device sliding the slider and the air valve to switch operating modes of the air pump. Thus, the air pump inflates or deflates the inflatable article or maintains or fine-tunes the air pressure inside the inflatable article. Therefore, the first and second openings of the housing are disposed on the housing for connection to different kinds of inflatable articles and the airflow directly flows through the air pump so inflating and deflating the inflatable article is fast.

  • Publication number: 20100247337
Abstract: An air pump for an air mattress has a housing, a first air vent and a second air vent respectively mounted on a top and a bottom of the housing, a chamber, a blower and an air direction switcher mounted in the chamber, an actuating mechanism, and an air valve. A slider in the air direction switcher is moved by operating the actuating mechanism being a solenoid valve or a knob gear and a follower. The air valve is propped up by a sloping partition of the slider to open the second air vent. Given the structure of the air pump, the first and second air vents are flexibly arranged and can be directly aligned with each other. Therefore, the air path is shortened to inflate and deflate more rapidly and more efficiently.

  • Publication number: 20100247356
Abstract: An air pump manually rotated to inflate and deflate an air mattress has a housing, a first and a second air vents mounted on the housing, an air valve selectively actuated to block or open the second air vent, and a mounting rack in the housing. The mounting rack is rotated so that a first or a second air compartment in the mounting rack is aligned with the second air vent, and the air valve is propped up by an undulant baffle on the mounting rack to switch to one of inflation, deflation and pressure hold-up modes. Given the structure of the air pump, the first and second air vents are flexibly arranged and can be respectively mounted on a top and a bottom of the housing and directly aligned with mutually. Therefore, the air path is shortened to make the inflation and deflation faster and more efficient.

  • Publication number: 20090158516
Abstract: A carrying stool has a body, a bottom cover, an inner pail and a door. The body has a top, an open bottom, a rear wall, a rear opening and a top opening. The top opening is formed through the top of the body. The rear opening is formed through the rear wall of the body. The bottom cover is mounted on the open bottom. The inner pail is mounted in the top opening of the body. The body, the bottom cover and the inner pail combine to form a containing space that receives toilet paper. Furthermore, the door mounted in the rear opening of the body allows users to easily acquire the toilet paper.

  • Publication number: 20080050254
Abstract: A dual action air pump has a body and a piston assembly. The body has an air chamber, an air channel and an elongated hole, which are defined longitudinally in the body parallel to each other. The air chamber has two ends, one of the ends has an outlet with an outlet check valve disk and a secondary inlet with a secondary inlet check valve disk formed therein, the other end has an inlet with an inlet check valve disk formed therein. The air channel has two ends, one of the ends communicates with one end of the air chamber, and the other end has a secondary outlet with a secondary outlet check valve disk formed therewith. The piston assembly is slidably abutting airtightly an inner surface of the air chamber, and can be pull or push to draw air and discharge air simultaneously. Moreover, an air hose used with the dual action air pump can be put into the elongated hole to have a pleasing appearance.

  • Publication number: 20070196220
Abstract: A pump seat for an inflatable product includes a hollow body with an open end. The body has a coupling portion formed at a side opposed to the open end. An opening is defined in the center of the coupling portion. A tongue is movably connected on the coupling portion for closing the opening. A finger is formed on the tongue and extends towards the interior of the hollow body. A recess is defined in the body beside the opening. A plug is selectively positioned in the opening or the recess. When an inflating process applied to the inflatable product is finished, the plug is inserted into the opening to provide a further airproof effect.
