A first optical resonance distance for an optical resonance of the light may be provided between an upper face of the first optical resonance layer and a bottom face of the second electrode.

A pixel defining layer is formed over the second portion of the pixel electrode and the third insulating layer and has a third opening. The third opening has an area greater than that of the second opening.
